Thank you so much for making this messy holes so easy! I am 100% sure that I am not going to forget this ever again!! Mashallah! You are really the HERO of Anatomy!
@@AnatomyHero yeah right now I have an 86 and I take like an hour nap but I’m so stressed like we have quizzes every Monday and Wednesday 10 questions worth 20 points so we have to know it at first she was nice but now she getting a little mean so I take my nap than I get up and look at my book and watch your videos I can’t even eat I’m so thankful for you and I’m in a study group 4 of us and I send them these videos to helps us but today we to print them out and do exactly what you said
@simplystunninglu I'm sure your professor is just trying to push you so that you learn the material very well... I know as a student sometimes it can be frustrating because it's like "why do I even need to know this???" But sometimes the point of learning something is so that you develop strategies for how to learn! And don't forget the tips from this video... ruclips.net/video/5MXa4IE_ixQ/видео.html It's about regional terms and I know you are past regional terms, but the strategies/theory can be used for anything. (Space recall and active recall). The most important thing is that you can only remember 5 to 8 new terms at a time, so you have to review every time you learn 5 to 8. Then learn 5 to 8 more and review again. By the time you're done you should have reviewed everything from memory three to four times!
It is a stressful class, but make sure that you are still getting a good night's sleep, because a lot of memory formation happens while you're sleeping! Also, try to be as calm and relaxed as possible before your exams... Because stress impacts your ability to retrieve memories. The more stressed you are the less you will remember. It also impacts your ability to make memories! The more stressed you are the harder it is to learn. Before a test I always say..."song and a snack!" If you have been studying all day before your test, you want to make sure you take 10 to 15 minutes before your test to go relax...listen to your favorite song and eat a good snack... Go for a walk around campus... Whatever you need to do to clear your head. Best of luck in your studies! Keep trying as hard as you are and by the end you will be an absolute study champion!
