Asher isn't lying about the black figure... I saw A black figure once... Want the story? SURE HERE!: So one day I was getting paper for myself cause I ran out (I was in my dad's office cause he had a lot of paper). When I grabbed the paper near the bed in the masters bedroom was a little boy figure and in one blink he was gone.. Yes he goes around the house ad haunts it but its okay he does not do anything that scary. In the kitchen there is a creek on the floor which only happens when someone steps on that floorboard and so I was on my couch and I heard it. I tried offering Henry (the black figure) A chip and he refused and he was mad when I ate the chip. But he still lays in this house and has no problems with us. So he is a nice ghost/spirit :)

here's a good tip for haunted exploration but i doubt you will see this, when going out and doing haunted exploration, bring at least something that can help prove a location is haunted, i suggest an emf reader, those seem to work pretty well, and also maybe a spirit box to, bringing tools to help prove a location is in fact haunted is/ can be necessary when proving that spirits and all that other stuff is very real
