Ali, what is thr plate/platter that you have the cotton balloons on? I've seen it before in your videos and keep forgetting to ask about it. Does it keep things cold? Separate the water from the ice? Is it just a tray?

Wow , can you show me how you make these perfect ice balloon ? I tried to mak one many times but all I get is very hard shell and lots of water inside there is no cotton ice 💔
