Quit using instagram two years ago, never feel better. Personaly I am not against it, but I just cannot stop comparing myself with the thing I saw on socal media every day, which make me feel whatever I did would never be enough to be able to have a lifestyle like them.
Yeah that is why I don’t check on my insta maybe once every year I do but not like before to obsess over it. Also, TikTok was my downfall I deleted that thing too. It is a waste of time. I only watch RUclips educational stuff/to grow in skills or just watch foreign films.
You know you remind me of someone, he works all day and does the same thing, at someone point he would mention, I do all the same things everyday and he sighs, sometimes I feel like I should nudge and let him know you don't know how much you do for us, when your not here alot of people don't know what to do. I think its just a matter of someone giving him gratitude. I think also praying to God daily will keep from the negativity from the world because you need some point of hope. May God bless you :)

I used to experience FOMO/fear of missing out (anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may currently be happening elsewhere, often aroused by posts seen on social media) a lot when I was younger, and like you said there isn't a one size fits all solution. Some things that have worked for me include practicing gratitude, living in the moment, being inspired instead of jealous, and cultivating and browsing my favourite social media pages anonymously or without registering (I don't follow or look up people I know irl because I don't want to know what you're doing unless you tell me).
Same is good. Makes life easier. So many of us don't have a routine and it puts more strain on us with an increased sense of insecurity and unpredictability.

Great video! We need to be aware about this. Some people who feel that way are actually "differentiating". That's a psychological concept and I even did a video on that. The symptoms are somehow similar. Wish all you guys happiness and more so contentment. 😊❤❤❤

Our experience of the reality (outcome) is a function of our perception which in turn depends on the assumptions we have.
