Amazing how Steven pours all his love for his friends into the dishes in Dish Granted and pours all the garbage he owns into the drinks in Too Many Spirits
Dish Granted is all about being grateful in the form of food and Too Many Spirits in general can be summed up in one word. Spite.
I'm not surprised that a fellow left-hander is a creative genius! :D
@@johrathbun wrong
@@pollyannwilliams9237 haha, RIGHT, whatever it is you're talking about! Thanks for playing though...! ;)
i made a drink for myself and it wasn't that great, and i was like "i feel like i'm on too many spirits"
Who else feels an insane amount of joy watching this man slowly lose all hope in his kitchen, only to last minute pull out a major W. Love this series
Also how heartwarming and sweet it is seeing the happiness on the special guest's face. It honestly makes my day.
Me 2
Oh my god .... Is that's a Bob Duncan valentine card

@@lord_of_the_oreos_vol3 yes it is :)
I'm really pleased to see Tony get so much screen time during this season! He deserves the recognition and he has a good rapport with Steven!
Agreed. They play off each other really well.
Tony adds such a nice energy to the dish granted videos lmao I feel like it's not talked about enough
Yeah! I really love his dynamic with our boy, Stevie!
Yess !! I totally agree
tony's great!!!
his gentle/chill/positive energy is nice :) ❤️ ❤️❤️
Yall make me so happy with these comments
Seeing Matt going from slightly disappointed at the small portions to slowly starting to enjoy them, then devouring the wagyu hotdogs and the steak like a kid is so satisfying
He didn't devour the steak. He took one single bite of it.
Love how Steven just casually has chef friends at his disposal for almost every episode. (Also I’m 100% here for this extra Tony content)
He spent his years on Worth It building a chef Rolodex.
"At his disposal" this makes him sound like a tyrant lol
And tony was just causally friends with Matt stonie
Not casually lol , they get paid man its a big channel with many people behind it.
@@jac1897 causally as in they are casually friends before the show and thus can include them in this show to make it more interesting and worthwhile to watch
Thats probably the slowest hot dog that Matt Stone has ever ate. Lol
This phrasing xD
I had so much fun while filming. It was so candid.. no script.. no recipes.. just pure skill, experience and laughter all the way!
Even with all the professional and experienced chefs, we still do get bumps and mistakes along the way... but hey.. that what makes it fun. Like I said, pure fun and making food to it's most simplest form. Anyone can be a chef! Time with you guys is truly priceless!
❤❤thank u for adding so much to the episode
Steven and Tony to Matt: "Get Hungry"
24hrs later: Gives him baby sized food
I’m so glad Tony gets so much screen time. The chemistry between Steven and Tony is great. It adds so much to an already great show.
Weird
It’s really sweet and enjoyable too watch honestly!
Absolutely a fan

That sushi chef, Marni? has the sweetest nicest energy ive ever seen before. he seems like such a wonderful cheerful person!
steven spending watchers whole budget on fancy meat: the series
Didju see the sushi episode? Money is no object in this kitchen lol
Hey, in a year where they mostly couldn't leave home, let alone travel to film? Great use of money!
I know right...it's kinda sad really
@@tylerstroud5474 I'm not sad. Steven makes me smile
His SMILE when he first tasted the oyakodon--that might be the cutest thing I've ever seen
AH, kinda refreshing seeing Matt savour the food
my thoughts exactly!
I love how this is kind of turning into "Steven sees how he can feed the most people wagyu beef" and that's so wholesome and generous.
Generous?
@@tylerstroud5474 definitely. that cut of meat is expensive.

No way! This is like the childlike wonder of when cartoons have crossover episodes! I’ve followed Stonie on RUclips for soooo long this is such an awesome collab!
you know i never thought i would see Austin in the dish granted comments but hey here we are
Here with you
I’ve been following Stoney for years, but have never heard of these two weirdos before!!!!
Oh shit, it's the dickster
Austin commenting on this makes this a triple crossover mindbender
When is Tony getting his dish granted?
Does Brittany get a turn? lol
Tony needs an episode.
why does this fancy little chef man spark so much joy? we may never know
We stan Marni
I worked with the guy for a few years, and I can definetly agree that he sparks much joy with his food and personality.
I LOVE Marni’s energy. He was just so game for anything, and seemed so effective at teaching and making something that can seem intimidating super approachable. So awesome!
Steven is the best and watching him light up to make his friends around him happy makes me want to be a better human. Maybe tomorrow though hehe xoxo
Soo no comment?
Forget Steve Rogers and Tony Stark, this is the best Steve-Tony duo ever
fun fact: omakase literally means "i'll leave it up to you!" which to me has always sounded so nice, it's like you're putting your trust in the chef and being excited for whatever comes your way lmao
Yeah was a little confused and found it funny when Matt said that; cuz it's not exactly an exact dish 😂 it's probably one of the most generic (and smart) answers you can give Steven
Is this the best show on RUclips or is my love language just acts of service
Every time I watch this I am reminded that this man helped create tide pods
I'm sorry what?
You can't say that then not give details
@@tylercrowley8441 I remembered! In one of earlier vids on channel they mentioned that Steven is chemist and he worked at Tide.
@@Boopus10 Steven majored in chemical engineering and worked on the team that made Tide pods prior to buzzfeed.
Everything about this episode was fascinating, fun and creative. This video really reveals how dynamic this show is and how much potential it has. I love how you push yourself each video to rethink what the show is and take on new challenges. I can't wait for next week.
The timing of when steven says "Easy" and then shit fucks up is always perfect oh my god
Petition to either
1. Grant Tony’s dish
2. Give Tony his own show
3. Both
Never got into Worth It when it was going, but love these videos since Watcher started. Dish Granted is so upbeat and enthusiastic, and I always leave the video feeling better about the rest of the day. Thanks to everyone who helps create this content!
i don’t know but tony leaning on the door in pain is a mood
I can't even watch those competitive eaters. It's looks painful watching it.
I think this show should be a duo thing moving forward. Tony and Stephen play off each other very well, and plus having some ones cooking with feel a lot more fun
the asian representation in this show is off the charts, we have to stan 👏🏻
No choice BUT to stan!
Not to mention in the company as a whole! Diverse talent is good, but an entire diverse team is better.
Asians are just not Koreans, and japanese peeps tho
@@riley66tennyson Ryan is part Mexican, Japanese, and Filipino. Steven Lim is part Chinese and Malaysian. So yeah, Japanese and Korean are not the only Asian.
@@lawlieteiko Just a small correction; "Malaysian" is a nationality, not a coherent categorization of ethnicity. Steven is fully Chinese-Malaysian on both sides of his parents.
I've never seen Matt Stonie before but he seems like such a genuinely sweet person!
Check out his RUclips channel. His content is.. wildly different than this lol (both great channels)
Steven finally serves a good drink. Lol. Poor spirit boys. Lol.
I love Tony's usual interactions on this show from behind camera but seeing him on camera the whole time and cooking with Steven was really special! Absolutely loved it!
Been a Fan of Matt Stonie for years. This was an unexpected collab treat!
i also love that steven recommends other cooking shows on youtube and gives credit for recipes,, everything about this show is so wholesome :(
nothing like watching a man break down in his kitchen at 1 am.
Whoever makes the little comments written on the video is a comedic genius
The look of disappointment on Matt's face when he realized everything is tiny 😂not every idea is a good one
Eh at least he got a steak at the end
Should not have said a little bit of everything
I wish I could listen to hours of Steven talk, his voice is so nice
steven and tony both have such nice voices!
"Cooking with a dog"
"Oh with the dog, i love that little dog"
he was a good boy and a better chef.
Rip Chef Francis
this show has quickLY become one of my faves on watcher!! its so calming and silly and i love the energy in it of preparing your friends meals iT MAKES MY HEART WARM
Matt is such a lovely person, everyone thats been part of dish granted is lovely; this series makes me so happy!
Steven just makes heartwarming content--I love every show he's ever created, but watching him gain so much confidence in the kitchen and bring himself and his guests to tears over food is the very best thing. I love this show ❤️
The sushi chef was mesmerizing.
My heart is so full after this episode, Tony is amazing
Week worth of serotonin. Thank you Steven and crew! These make my week so much better.
I would love to see steven do an episode for a vegan friend of his!! I think it would be a fun challenge to navigate the different techniques of cooking vegan food. as a veggie myself, I know that it would make their day, like someone cooking vegan food for me always warms my heart like nothing else.
I'm so glad even though steven parted ways with buzzfeed he's still out here making content for us. When you started Watcher it was a little rocky but you've very clearly found your groove and I am so stoked for you man.
I'm really liking this format of the show where a lot more time is placed on the presentation and interaction with the guest at the end!
this show is insanely comforting, never stop :) you're doing an amazing job, Watcher people!!
i love how it's evolving to be steven AND tony now! i love, love their rapport, tony is the calm to steven's chaos lol good content, guys! love this series
congrats to tony on his promotion 😌 he deserves it
The little shift from "I made" to "We made" just makes me so happy for some reason. This show is so wholesome I just love them.
Okay, I loved this episode... But when I heard "feed my parents" at the end, I had a legitimate joygasm. I can't effing wait for that
I love how human beings start behaving according to the pure feelings in theire hearts ournd food, I mean if not planning who to kill around the table like movies, but it really makes me happy to see people smile from even the tinyest of foods, just look at matt's smile holding that slice of wagyu, and steven doesn't care how much the dish costs, even if it's a 1000$ wagyu or a 2000$ worth of drinks he will not make a cheap dish for anybody, The love that can't nor will fade is the love for food and what comes with it. Steven I love you I love the love you putt in a fan from moroco keep it going guys .
This series is so wholesome. Serious good vibes boost whenever a new episode comes out. Adore watching a series that's just so freakin soft and kind. killin it!
I love how Steven is honoring his creator inspirations this season by cooking for them!
i love Tony so much, he has such wonderful energy, and he’s handsome as hell to boot. who knew two cute chefs in the kitchen was truly better than just one? 😂💛
wow seeing Steven gave his visitor last round of Wagyu Steak to keep him full, I remembered my late grandma. She always make sure I was full anytime I visited her, foods after foods coming, and her last combo is Sumateranese Rich Flavored Rendang, packed with love.
I love tony becoming more comfy and active in front of the camera! :)
Ok but can we appreciate Tony’s lil sushi drawings they’re so cute lol
Every time Tony has a bite of something he looks like he has been elevated to another realm 15:07 😭
Every show that Steven makes feels like a warm blanket. Love this series and love the chemistry between Steven and Tony.
Matt stonie deserves so many more subs and publicity for his quality content, lack of clickbaiting, and down to earth attitude. SO so happy to see this collab.
I love how this series just keeps getting better each episode! Not only the creative recipes but also the production value is just so pleasing to see. Love the growth in both Steven and the team, keep up the great work Watcher!!
always worth watching, a man having a mental breakdown in the kitchen. makes my day.
Some of my favorites in one video! This is probably one of my favorite episodes. Also honestly you can tell how much love Steven puts into his work. May he never loose that feeling.
This might be my favourite episode so far. Very wholesome and super creative. Love the Stony and Stonie collab
It was so nice to see a different side of Matt than I’ve ever seen 🥺 I always knew he was a sweetheart but aw. You guys made him so happy
Never really got into Lim's show for whatever reason. Always supported him but the ghoul boys always had all my attention. I just wanted to say, im a huge fan of this series Lim has created. Keep up the amazing work watcher, you'll always have my support.
i've been watching steven and matt for years and seeing them in one show makes me so happy, and tony is a delight to have too. watching the way they light up when the food is good makes me unbelievably happy
STEVEN WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE HOTDAGA CAST
Shane watching this: 🧍🏼♂️
Put them in a basement with no way out.
The dance breaks were adorable; especially the hot dog dance. So cute!
Matt Stonie is one of then nicest, coolest dudes on the platform. Love his content so much.
I wanna see a hot dog eating contest between Tony, Steven, Shane, Ryan, and Andrew now
I am learning SO MUCH from youse guise! Love the energy you guys bring. Thanks for keeping us sane & stay safe!
This was so wholesome
This is an amazing series.
There is such a unique joy in making good food for people and seeing them light up. I love cooking for my friends and this show reminds me why.
Absolutely 💯loved this video and more importantly... the collaboration! Loved the confidence in the chefs and Matt's genuine gratitude with smiles all around!💪👍👊
there's something about a man losing his mind making food that makes me happy and puts me at ease.
I just love that Steven just casually knows all these amazing chefs bc he met them on Dish Granted and he's such a cool guy that they're still friends.
This series is a gem. I learn a lot each episode and then just get to sit back and watch people appreciate and encourage each other.
Love having tony here, i love the energy between steven and tony, and this series makes me appreciate steven more and more. I have cried almost every episode this season, i enjoy the love shared with every dish.
whoever edited this video deserves a raise 100/10
Love that the "carnie/freak" aspect of Stonie's work was finally validated as an actual skill and talent. I have always thought that and now hopefully, he FEELS that.
This is my new favorite show. You’re exceptionally sweet Stephen! Everyone INCLUDING YOU deserves a friend who is so thoughtful ❤️❤️❤️
I love these videos so much, I hope they keep making this content - it's brilliant and so much fun to watch :)
First Claire Saffitz and now Chef and Francis!? Love seeing all my favorite cooking channels here!
I love the chef cameo, complete with props. Reminds me of the random visitors on Mr. Roger's Neighborhood.
i love tony!! please keep having him help steven cook in dish granted videos, he’s a perfect juxtaposition of chill energy for steven 💗
I really love this Dish Granted show. It's comforting and entertaining to watch. Please keep doing it
Nice to see that Adam Gertler has a successful restaurant these days! I was on an episode of Will Work for Food with him in 2008 and had a great day filming with him! I taught him how to butcher a chicken!
More Tony! He has such a positive wholesome vibe I’d be happy to see him along for the ride more!
absolutely in love with this series omg, my weekend wouldn't be complete without steven and tony
it was awesome to be able to see matt actually ENJOY his food for once. it was nice to see all those happy looks on his face for everything he ate. made me smile. GOOD JOB GUYS!!
I was thinking to make almost a $700 🌭 they'd have to slather it in one of the most spendy caviars but now it makes sense that they include in the cost other food they make, as well as very expensive aged whiskey.
I was stressing that they weren't making the food and then seeing its bc they made it all fresh for him😭 this seemed like the best gesture and meal.
Yay! Steve & Tony cooking together is a dream come true!🎊🎉😁I love this show so much. Thank you for all your hard work!💙💙
this was SO cute and wholesome. it made me so happy. steven, you are the sweetest man and i truly adore everything you do ♥️
