  • It's April of 1986. Pripyat, Ukraine. A core meltdown occurred at Reactor 4 of the Chernobyl Power Plant. Over thirty people died during the blast but the estimated death toll as a result of the radiation fallout will reach a four-digit number. This accident will be considered the world’s largest ecological disaster.
Set at ground zero of a catastrophe, this film will reveal the details of the Chernobyl event. The shocking news of the explosion at the nuclear plant has spread, as the world watched the tragedy in fear and confusion. Hearts went out to those who displayed selfless courage and integrity in the initial efforts to stabilize the reactor power.
But some were too busy being in love to notice what had just happened in nearby Chernobyl. The disaster has faded into the background...
This is an account of love and loss, bravery and supernatural stoicism in the face of unbeatable odds.

One of the best movies ever seen. I felt the emotion and drama of the characters of those times. A love story in the center of the most tragic nuclear accident. It was expected that most of the central characters would die due to the massive doses of radiation they received. Great actors. Great interpretation. Simply beautiful. Greetings from Romania Bucovina.

It's rare to become intimately attached to the characters in a story and having just experienced this for the past 3 hours, I know that this has now become a part of who I am, that it has changed me for the better. So I have watched the Chernobyl HBO series twice. And then happened to find this. Both of these movies tell a great story. But I love the story line in the Chernobyl Inseparable. This by far a greatly written movie and complemented the HBO quite well. The HBO definitely has more information as far as what happened to the planet leading up to the explosion, and have you more information as to what went into cleaning up and preventing the event from being worse. While the Inseparble version gives you more of what the military went thru, and the Chernobyl families, with a love twist. This was definitely worth every minute.

Because this was a disaster occurring in my lifetime, I was glued to the story. 3 hrs and 10 minutes reminded me of the 10 Commandments, several breaks. Very good movies with no leading actors that are known in the USA, and all subtitles to understand their conversations. This is worth the time, pass it around, recommend it to your friends.

The way the story of disaster is told is fucking trash due to lacking all sorts of important information and adding fictional events to make it more dramatic, in fact, its more trash than HBO Chernobyl that at least tried to make a good storyline.
      1. The helicopter didnt fall into the reactor, and didnt damage the venting tower.
