Best informative video on this type of camera, great to know some history on the Hasselblads too. I recently purchased a B.I.G. Six TTL. Unfortunately it has a broken shutter, so the curtain does not open and close. Wich is a real pitty, because I was realy curious about the performance of this type of camera, since I can not afford a Hasselblad. I am looking for someone who can repear it now.

ruth candil hola! Si no recuerdo mal, la Kiev 88 es la continuación (un poquito más nueva de la Kiev 80) y las dos usan la misma montura. Si puedes comprar una Kiev 88 es muy buena inversión; he usado también una Hassleblad y en mi opinión la diferencia está solo en el precio :-)
ruth candil otra buena opción; y una de mis favoritas es una Kiev 6c, más baratita que una 88; y un poquito más fiable. Pero ergonómicamente es diferente; depende de cuál te guste más; en la forma y el manejo se parece más a una cámara “normal” de 35mm
Fantastico review de la Kiev, feliciadades. Personalmente tengo una 88 y disfruto mucho con ella, tengo mucho cuidado con lo que dices de cargar siempre antes, ya que se que es el punto debil de esta maquina, pero por el resto es estupenda.
Alex Young hello, thanks for watching! I’m 90% sure (sorry, I’ve got no Kiev 80 now to compare) that it’s okay. If I remember correctly it was the first mode of the Slayut (and its export one Zenit 80) that couldn’t share lenses with the Kiev 88. But again, 90% sure only 🤔🤔
