Sadly London had its winter on Monday with snow, disrupted rail services and closed school. By Wednesday the temp will be back to 11 of our Celsius degrees.

The Indian dishes you had were: Naan Bread, Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala, Mattar Paneer (Peas and Cheese Curry). All created in the north of India, dating back to the Mughal period. Calamansi lime (Citrus Microcarpa) aka Calamondin is a citrus hybrid from Phillipines and those regions. The taste is sour orange or sweet lime. It lends an authentic taste to Filipino and Malaysian dishes. Same effect as lemon juice in Burmese cooking. Calamansi juice is a favorite Filipino summer drink much like lemonade. Enjoyed your escapade in Singapore. I visited years ago. Saw the Jhurong Bird Park which was lovely. The McDonalds had real orchids at every table! You have to visit McD if you have kids!

I saw the prices of the capsule spaces there and they're quite expensive for capsule spaces. For the same price you can get a private room (with a double bed) with shared bathroom/s on airbnb in Singapore. A private room is much bigger than a capsule space. Some small private rooms with double bed can be filled by two people. So yes, it is an expensive capsule hotel. There are cheaper capsules too in Singapore.

You’ll have to try an Indian meal in the uk, always the most affordable meal out and if you go for a patia, bhuna or jalfrezi it won’t be too hot, korma is the mildest but its virtually all coconut so quite sickly
What is ventalation like on the pods? I stayed in one and it got very stale after a few hours. Also Allison has a pretty good voice. With a little rehersing she would be great.
Hey Guys!!! I'm not sure if you watch "The Crown" on Netflix. But I thought of you and the video you did on the right way to have a biscuit with clotted cream and jam. On The Crown it showed the queen taking her biscuit, cutting it, then putting jam on her plate, then putting the clotted cream on her biscuit, followed by her putting a small amount of jam on top. So there ya go... lol
How did you guys move around the city? I wanna go with a tight budget, so it wouldn't be very convenient if I have to get a cab to get everywhere. What transport options do they have?

You can get a Singapore Tourist Pass for one day, two-day or three-day card (consecutive). It's good for unlimited use each day from morning opening hour to last service in most area. The bracelets at the hotel, are basicly the same thing as Magic Bands from Disney World! Those Trees were so Awesome!! The lights beautiful.

In Japan it's absolutely not allowed to make noises in the room where the pods are because somebody might be resting.
In Japan, I fell asleep in the capsule as soon as lied down, too comfortable!
