I’m so glad you’re okay Rem! Concussions suck. I’ve had 4 or 5 and they such make sure to keep your neck and your brain stem stretched so it doesn’t become stiff and painful.
I wouldnt recommend stretching your brainstem 😂 It’s kinda in your skull for a reason

I’m just recovering from a concussion my self so i know how you feel! We’re so glad you’re ok but be sure to relax and rest up! I found staying off screens helped speed up the recovery!❤️
