      Tu jarur meri judva hai me bhi same 9:30 par dinner karta hu lr subha 11 baje breakfast and 3 baje launch 😂 . But ghar k bolte hai subha jaldi uth k 7 baje tak breakfast kar liya kar or 12 baje launch and 8 baje dinner

    3) मिठाई - मीठा बंद
    4) मांस मछली शराब बियर बंद
    5) रिफाइंड तेल बंद
    6) बेकरी का product का use बंद
    नियम-
    साम को 8 बजे और दिन मै 12 बजे दो ही time खाना खाना है,
    दबा के workout करो और नीबू का ज्यादा से ज्यादा use करे
    रात 9 बजे सो जाओ 4 बजे अपने आप नींद खुल जायेगी...सलाद फल दबा के खाओ

      @@husainaala3330 yes we can because it's necessary to intake something light for energy and when we start fasting we stop eating before 12:00 am we don't eat non veg, oily food, and heavy meal like iftari and sahari so In our Vedas it's mentioned how to fasting in a proper way and intermittent fasting is just like that and nothing else
      And you will have to agree with me that now a days the west is started following our Vedas and it's teachings in many ways

And pls don't joke that the West is know inspired by vedas becuz literally the fast is vedas is not a fast at all...     Mai to 6:30-7:00 ke around khana kha leta hu aur dusre din 7 baje oats ka breakfast karta hu uske badd 10 baje roti sabji phir dopahar 2 baje roti sabji aur ratt me dal chawal sabji chawal etc

    Within the first 2 hours of waking up, we also have cortisol level a bit high in the morning, will this still help for fat loss when resistant training. Cause after sets with dumbells i am all sleepy afterwards.

    Fasting, I do that since I was a kid. I don't remember having breakfast, I straight have lunch around 1100, after dinner around 2000. That's 15 hours of fasting. I never knew it was beneficial, but at 35 I look way younger (i am told) and fitter than rest of same age. I now have started yog and calisthenics workout two hours.
