दबा के workout करो और नीबू का ज्यादा से ज्यादा use करे
रात 9 बजे सो जाओ 4 बजे अपने आप नींद खुल जायेगी...सलाद फल दबा के खाओ
भाई इन तरीकों से वज़न ज़रूर कम होगा लेकिन तुमने ज़रा लंबा ही फेंक दिया पहले लाइन में

Within the first 2 hours of waking up, we also have cortisol level a bit high in the morning, will this still help for fat loss when resistant training. Cause after sets with dumbells i am all sleepy afterwards.

Fasting, I do that since I was a kid. I don't remember having breakfast, I straight have lunch around 1100, after dinner around 2000. That's 15 hours of fasting. I never knew it was beneficial, but at 35 I look way younger (i am told) and fitter than rest of same age. I now have started yog and calisthenics workout two hours.
