Thank you all so much for 2500+ subscribers! Its crazy to get ten times the amount of subs you had when you made the previous video. After my last video I took a break for a couple of weeks, which kind of turned into months by accident. My bad! But I'm back, and I wanted to do a video about one of my favourite shows: Avatar: The Last Airbender. And who better to do a video on than Zuko, the redeemed prince. This is the first time I've done a tribute video on a cartoon, so this was a bit new. If you guys like it and want more ATLA, let me know! Thanks for watching, I hope you'll enjoy it!

The interesting fact is when we met Zuko in the first episode his was on the lowest point of his life and he got hope and started to go in the top of his life through the option of the avatar. To Compere with Katara Aang was hope, too for both of them for a better life. She saw her father and learnt water bending and the war ended. While Zuko got his life back and saw what he really wants also he found again himself.
When I saw the first season of ATLA I didn’t like Zuko but now his is one of my favorite characters of all time.
This was breathtaking! Zuko is an incredible character and you showed his journey beautifully 💜

I just love how you juxtaposed the good parts of Fire Nation's culture through Zuko's bending and the dance with a fucking dragon with the war, fire nation soldiers attacking and Ozai wiping out the world with fire. And Zuko's words over it "We were taught that the Fire Nation was the greatest civilization in history. That, somehow, the war was a way of sharing our greatness with the rest of the world". I'm dead. This sequence destroyed me❤❤❤

After all these years I find myself questioning aang and believing more that he wasn't that great, but I've always believed in Zuko as the best character and wish there was an edited version of the show focused on his journey.
You just haven't paid attention to Aang then he had a excellent character arc

I'm on another rewatch (I think rewatch #4 or 5, but I'm not sure) and I realized something:
Zuko is actually always a protagonist in the grander scheme of _Avatar: The Last Airbender._ Yes, he's an antagonist to Aang and Team Avatar in Book One, but think about it for a minute.
Aang's enemies are the Fire Nation (Zhao, Zuko, and Iroh most notably). Even though they are technically allies, Zhao uses every opportunity he can to sabotage Zuko's quest for the Avatar. Zhao tries to kill Zuko near the end of Book One and ties him up along with Katara and Sokka when Aang goes to talk to Roku.
And later, Azula and her friends are after Zuko and Iroh just as much as they are after Aang.
The Fire Nation has _always_ been at least an obstacle on Zuko's path, and later they become his enemy even before he joins Aang. As they say, "the enemy of my enemy is my friend."

It’s a great character arch but it dawns on me that they based his redemption & turmoil as both biological & spiritual but it’s canon that Zuko is not Ozai’s biological son.
