IMO it seems like after the style change her voice just can't handle a song like this anymore. It just doesn't seem to fit or sound anything like it did in 2008 performances of this song.
+Someone M I'm not sure if there is a huge change in her voice, but there is a big difference as a singer between being a teenager and grown up. Its not as noticeable in women, but there is a definite change between singing at 16 and 24+. Also, she seemed to get crazier live as they got more popular. So, she may not be singing the song like she used to with all the running around and such. But,. Haley is great either way IMO.
This is so awesome. I went to the 2nd show and they replaced this song for Feeling Sorry which was pretty cool too but I love this song so much lol. Thanks for recording, as always!

It sounds lower to me. Probably to protect her voice and/or just a result of her being older.
