Hooray! Christmas finally arrives at Poundland. They have some really great stuff in...and I probably need to get over the fact it's not a pound anymore. The craft selection is amazing for little ones and I'm a bit sad I didn't get any 'make your own' items. Maybe next time. I also loved the Disney Princess stuff. I'll be back in a week with a mooch around Home Bargains. Love you lots! x

In secondary school they my daughter only takes in a few cards and hands them to her friends. No cards on mass anymore. I bought the Christmas tree and santa cookie jars from poundland the other week. So impressed with them.

My nan bought me a gonk but it's so big I have no where to put it so my mum when she saw it said omg we can't have that In the house🤣so my nan has kept the gonk and called it gilbert🤣
Poundland should not be called Poundland any more it should be called pound plus🤣I picked up the most tiny thing once and I got to the till 3 quid! For a tiny figurine,my mum was in shock🤣

That Poundland looks amazing! The one in Sutton has like one Christmas jumper. The first thing I eat on Christmas Day has to be a crunchie 😂 also those snowflake windows stickers are soo good and look more expensive than they are, I’ve had them a few times. Have a lovely day! X

Thank you Emma some amazing ideas from Poundland. The crayola crafts are really good some are for younger kids but there is some good stuff for older ones too at really good prices. The wooden gnome key rings to colour in were a hit with mine last year and were good when we went for a meal out. 😊🎄

Hi Emma , thanks for doing this vlog today . I was very Xmassy.
Them make your own craft wreath things like the tiny snowmen and santas you could most probably buy a couple of packs of them and dot them around you Xmas Village houses you collect.
I like the Frosted Pine & Eucalyptus Febreeze as my go to Xmas air freshener. That’s a good Idea to put on the outside of a Xmas card . Lol I might do this for my work friends cards lol . The marble balloons looked good for Erin’s birthday and the wind chime I may get myself to make to put on my front door as it opens. Have a great weekend Emma. 👍

Thanks Emma. Love a good poundland haul. The family size chocolate bars are snack size for my husband too🤣 He always stocks up when we go through the airport even though it's much dearer 🙈

Love a Poundland haul. However I must say, the prices are creeping up more and more every time I go in. Bit of a public service announcement the tubes of chocolate are currently £1 in Tesco, also tubs of Celebrations, hero’s, roses and quality streets are £3.50 with a clubcard ❤

This is a fab video! Thank you for the crafty ideas for the Christmas Day table… last year we bought a colour in tablecloth from home bargains but would be nice to do something a bit different and these Crayola sets look fab! Also I feel like Poundland might have to change their name soon as hardly anything’s £1 anymore! I used to laugh at my mum when she’d ask how much something was in Poundland… not anymore! 😂😂😂

Slightly stagger the candles, the size difference won't be so noticeable (yes, I too have picked up odd candles 😅) I'm finding it hard to get good stocking fillers for my boy this year 🙈 looking forward to your Home Bargains video...I'm currently on a ban because I keep coming home with random stuff like giant red sleighs for the garden 🤣🤣

As a non-British person can I ask a question about the decorations I keep seeing in these videos. I swear, this is a serious question. What’s with all the pink? We don’t really get pink Christmas decor in the US. You might be able to find some pink baubles at stores that carry a lot of decor (I’m talking about Hobby Lobby where 1/4 of the store becomes Christmas ornaments), but they would be next to literally every color of the rainbow. As for little Knick knacks and table decor, pink would be nearly impossible to find. You are 1000% more likely to find gray and white or black and white, but red and green still predominate here and are the standard. Or metallics. We also are very into our natural/woodsy Christmas decor and recently Scandi inspired Christmas has been in. But we don’t really have much pink. Is pink just more popular generally in the UK? Because in the US, we don’t really have much pink home decor either, unless you’re a five year old girl or decorating your dorm room at your Delta Zeta sorority house.
We have red, gold, silver and pink as a standard I have no idea why….we are definitely getting more American influence over here year by year which I love you guys do it big. I’d love a Marshall’s or and hobby lobby I watch US Christmas videos and the stuff is just amazing.
Decorations and homeware are very trend driven here and pink is a big trend this year along with whimsical sort of things, shops that are "fast fashion" like Poundland only buy/make a batch of a product so they are constantly tuned to what is going to be in style that year.
