Definitely a lifesaver for me. It saves so much time and planning. I would still stay away from junk food and fast foods even when it’s within my feeding window just because they don’t really offer much nutrition and that most of them are spiked with fructose. But other than that, I eat anything. Meat, butter, eggs, veggies, and anything that isn’t ultra-processed.
Nice to have a plan where you don't have to buy or cook special diets, worry about restaurant foods or count or log calories!
