As you can see from the comments below, you saved a great number of frustrated people from physically throwing the thing away. It was given to us second hand and having spent hours trying to put it up, we were ready to take it to the dump. Thank God my husband had the brilliant idea to check on RUclips and find you!
So helpful struggled for two hours with one side that refused to go up. Grateful grandparent!!
They are so hilarious and you are PERFECT for explaining it so clearly. When we had our twins back from hospital I spent over four hours swearing and trying to get the cots up. Found the technique by mistake! Now a friend was trying and couldn't work it out and I'd forgotten everything except the frustration three years ago. You explain it so clearly ♥️
Really useful video, thank you. I bought one years ago and it remained unused until recently. Took me ages to get it errected but eventually went to utube and found this really helped! One additional point which helped me when folding it back together is to ensure that the joint where the cot sides collapse, these need to be in a U shape or it still wont collapse down. You can wriggle the joint until it goes into this shape. Mine wasnt as easy to collapse as you showed here so this additional comment left on another website helped me fold it completely. So thanks to her too!
Omg. This video is a life saver. After buying the cot and struggling to build it for ages which ended up with a mental breakdown, a divorce and a packet of Prozac I finally built it in seconds after seeing this. Thanks 👌👌👌👌

Lifesaver! 3 times I've struggled to put up my mothercare cot, every time I've almost thrown it out the window. All I had to do was put the sides up first.....now I want back those wasted hours! Thank you so much!

After struggling for absolutely ages trying put a travel cot up, sweating and 🤬 trying to lock the sides in place, I thought I would check You Tube and I found this clip. After watching it, it took me all of around 10 seconds to put up and for the sides to lock!! 😊This clip is a must watch if you have a travel cot ! 👏🏻

Travel cots as shown very well can be tricky! Easy yet difficult all at same time. Thank you for showing it how they really are. Also i recommend a soft playmat (toy free kind) under the sheet.

yeah, but when the buttons that release the sides are "unfindable" and even if you think you found them do not respond when being pushed in to release the center bits then the sides won't come back down and you go mad!

Thank you , thank you - neither my sons or I could collapse my younger son's partner's travel cot. It was lying like the dead mantis on my living room floor and after two hours of trying to make it collapse I was near to that condition myself. It's those magic little clicks demonstrated by yourself that made it finally succumb to my onslaught . The beast is now very safely secreted away as it should be

Wow! That's a great one and much better than the original manual where it's not clear at all that the bottom should not be opened fully before the sides are setup. In my case the bottom tends to open almost fully and I even kept struggling to let it stay folded.
IMO instead of putting non-obvious instructions the company should put a QR code to the videos like this one or even better make some proper videos themselves.

Omg thank you soooo much, the 1st 20 seconds of this video proved more helpful than the entire video on Kiddiecare website! I put the bottom down 1st, and wasn't able to put the sides up, was all mad, frustrated and red in the face! lol. Thank you for clarifying that (even though it's not even the same travel cot :-) )
