For those like me...who must know the answers... the contest item is called a Porter's Chair. Yes, I looked it up because it was really bothering me. Sad, I know.
Not sad at all, because I wanted to know, too. However, now I have to look up why they called it was a porter's chair. I remember it from The Duchess of Duke Street.

The mystery item os a Hall Porter's chaur, bit I suspect I'm a bit late for the competition.
That hooded chair looks like sort of a confessional. But another person here said it's a porter's chair...learn something new every day!
