    I have about 1000 miles on my pedders coilovers and I feel the same… they’re awesome. BC provides the struts in this kit and I have zero complaints. The ccw’s look awesome on there bro! 👊🏼

    Coilovers are on my upgrade list. Running H&R springs now... I totally feel you on how nice it must be to have that "Adjustability". Us Cobra guys go through wheels and different tire setups left and right. Appreciate the review brother. 😊👍❤ Edit, car is looking amazing. 😎

      I appreciate it brother 🙏🏻 and yes you have a great point about going different wheel/tires on this Cara so it's super nice to know one can accommodate for the differences if needed 💪🏻

      I've got some SR cheapies on my car now. It came with em. They're okay. Kinda spongey in turns. I agree, looking for coils that are less stiff than the Vikings on my IROC.

    On my 03’ Cobra I’m running H&R sport springs no isolators & fitment is perfect & rides very smooth, goes with the flow! On 335s rolled fenders, & LOW profile IRS bolts & no rubbing issues. Hate coil overs how stiff they are reminds me of a JDM honda in the freeway bouncing up & down LoL. Very clean Cobra you got though!!

      Yea I know what you mean about riding on coilovers but this setup is actually comfortable lol. I'm glad you don't rub on 335s. You must have a slightly different offset than I do 🙌🏻

    That's great I'm glad they are working out well for you and you enjoy them. Definitely an awesome upgrade. Those R888R's do run quite wide, hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew with getting 295's on the foxbody. I'll be sure to get adjustable lower control arms just in case.

      @loscar5oh  Год назад

      Yea they are pretty wide but the best looking tire as well! I hope it works on that clean fox of yours 🙌🏻

      @@loscar5oh I'll find out when I get to 5 lug swapping it. Probably this winter

    How would you compare the ride quality to H&R lowering springs? I’m on H&R sport springs and I love the height I’m at but I want a more comfortable and smoother ride. I don’t really care about any performance benefits.

    great video los! wish i could do coils but my condo complex speed bumps would ruin my exhaust haha hopefully you got the rubbing situated, mine still rubs on super tight turns or when the chassis flexes a lot.

      Thank you Nick! The rubbing is so annoying 😂 but its hard to beat the look as well know

    I think for the front adjustment, you can undo the lower collar, and spin the coilover into the mount, instead of undoing the bolts that hold the coilover.
    For the rear I believe you can do it similarly to the front ones. undo under collar and then adjust the other. get everything tight again and you`re done.
    I`m not sure but that`s how I saw everyone else doing it.

    My car is a 98 4v cobra vert with a kenne bell. I call it my great value terminator. How are the BC's regarding casual driving comfort? My car spends 80% of its time as a driver.

      I talked about the comfort of the coilovers in the video 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 but yes I think they are really comfortable and not stiff like others I've been in

    Loscar50h, How many threads up (or down) in the front/rear did you end up setting the collars at? Where did you set the shocks? Getting ready to do the install, and that info may help me eliminate a few adjustment cycles.

    Just curious what kind of damping setting do you have for say every day driving most of the time?

    Quick question did you install caster camber plates aswell ?

    • @loscar5oh
      @loscar5oh  2 месяца назад

      @hectoralvidrez5422 these coilovers come with built in caster camber plates. So no need to purchase a separate kit

    What ride height do you have your cobra set at?

    can you get the stock height on bc coilivers?

    What exactly do you mean when adjusting the rear height you have to drop the irs? Just the pumpkin or the entire irs?

    • @loscar5oh
      @loscar5oh  7 месяцев назад

      Sorry kinda confusing, but you just have to loosen your exhaust pipes and remove the two rear irs bolts. Remove the lower shock bolts. Do this with having the jack underneath the pumpkin. Once the bolts are removed, slowly lower the jack and the irs will pivot downwards

    Do they work with the 03 convertible?
