It is a fly used as a standard minnow for Japanese seabass in Tokyo Bay. Imagine a small sardine, silver-side, herring, anchovy and so on.
A universal pattern that can cover all target by changing the color and size.
You can also use it for trout on the lake, changing it to a straight-eye short shank hook.

Hook : short shank, stainless
Thread : 6/0 White
Tail : Craftfur（White）
Body : Craftfur（White）
Wing : Craftfur（White）、Flashing Fiber（Pearl）
Eye : Epoxy Eye 3mm
Head : UV Glue（Hard）
Similar materials can be used as substitutes.
