I mean, it sounds like Noodle's voice in the hook (Noodle's voice as in, like, from 19-2000). and it kind of has that hop with the bass and drums. it's a little to fast for Gorillaz (and a couple notes from maybe a mid eastern/south america kind of vibe with certain percussion. possibly a Sublime-type of feel to it as well.) but it is similar. and the guy's voice does really sound like 2D.
