    Great video. Trying to move some commercial property in California to something else in Florida. One thing I would add Is mental, gotta take that step, be able to walk away if the numbers don’t work and be able to control emotions- just did a 1031 and the underwriter was a fill in the blank- had to hand the phone to my wife several times to avoid a blow up
