Clint Coons consistently presents every legal topic in a detailed yet highly understandable video. Without question, he is the best attorney on RUclips.
Wow, Mr. Coon. Thank you so much for so much great advice. Now, at least I have some information and knowledge to move forward with my real estate investment projects. My goal is developing that generational wealth. I said to myself many years ago financial and legal ignorance stops with me. I look forward to more of your videos and reading your books, and be a resource to future generations. Thank you so much.
@@ClintCoons thank you! I actually did that last night! Watched a few more videos to get a quick answer. Closing on my first investment on Monday. Btw I reached out to your firm
Hi Clint. On the topic of Trusts. I know it's different than a living trust, but in regards to buying property in a land trust. If you use an LLC as the Trustee and another LLC as the Beneficiary, which one of the two LLCs needs a bank account, to pay for everything at closing?
If I have my aasets in my RLT, my house, plane boats,,LLCs, and someone gets hurt at my house and sues me. Are all my assets in the RLT at risk during a lawsuit? I am scared to death of getting sued!! We all know, people will sue for any reason at all. Love your content. Thanks
That is a concern and it is why we use LLCs to hold our assets. If you would like a FREE 30-minute consultation, you can request one here - aba.link/30minSession
What about getting a land patent which is the true title to your land. It's yours and you're a Chinese and descendants forever more it's under treaty law which is the highest form of law. No one can take your land from you not even the government no one can evict you off of your land you have mineral rights and water rights you have jurisdiction and authority over your land you can do anything you want with your land as long as you're not harming your neighbor no storing nuclear waste you don't have to get a permit to build anything you want on your land and you don't have to honor lean on your land and you don't have to pay property taxes you can go to the property tax assessor and fill out paperwork that will exempt you from paying property taxes or when you go to court over your property taxes you can show them your proof of true title and ownership and show them that it's yours and it's you're a Siamese forever more and it was written by the government and notarized by the government before you ever even got the document and they can't do anything to you and they have to drop the case and they have no proof of claim or jurisdiction or authority. What do y'all think about that

Thanks for watching.
Yes he Absolutely is 💯 %
Do you take on clients who see your RUclips videos or do you typically pass those clients off to another attorney?
How would/could you place homes outside of country in trust? Or have to have other trusts?
It would depend on the country where the asset is located.
@@ClintCoons Thx! That's what I was thinking.

9:00 To avoid probate - 'your living trust will actually become the member in your LLC. It will become the beneficiary of your land trust.'

Thanks for subbing!
He is!
Can I put a Tennessee property deed in a Mississippi LLC name? Or do I need to make a LLC in Tennessee to DBA my Mississippi LLC?
If you have TN property you could put it into your MS LLC but you should foreign file the MS LLC into TN.
