You strike such a good balance of authenticity and boundaries - really truly. I also love all the creative filming / video effects that you incorporate. You should look into kindles. I love the feel of a book but the convenience of reading in bed in the dark is so nice 😊😊

Taking magnesium powder daily helps alot with being regular too, I also have struggled with this most of my life, got worse in my 40s and its been the best thing ever. I also take a probiotic.
