I didn't even watch the video. I just read the caption. Mickey Loomis has lost his rabbit ass mind , he needs to own up to the fact that he made a huge mistake hiring Dennis Allen and step down as GM. This guy is waaaaaaayyyyyy out of touch, he refuses to adapt and he needs to go.
Looking at him makes me think the Saints need a rehab coach.
When I saw this live and he compared Dennis to some of the more successful coaches ever. I said wait til James cooks on this! 😂😂😂

Loomis also didn't say that Bellicheks record for those first 3 seasons was with the 90s browns Who went 3-10 the season before.
Tom Landry was literally the first coach of the Cowboys and that was in the fucking 60s. It is not anywhere near the same situation.
Steelers hadn't been over 5 wins for the last 5 years when Noll became head coach.
Also Dennis' first 3 years were fuckin 4-12, 4-12, 0-4. Which was a regression from 8 8 seasons. And here he inherited a team that was making the playoffs. On top of that his game management has been ass.

9:02 That was THe Cajun Cannon asking that question about Penning. Penning was a project LT. Saints drafted him knowing this and they gave up on him just as he was playing better. I dont understand why everyone calls him a bust. This year was basically his rookie year since he was hurt bunch his 1st year. Also Marone is a horrible O line coach and should have been fired but I guess has "bought in." Why is everyone so fast to label players bust if they arent all pros by their first year? The staff under DA can not develop players. Well besides WR, but it seems we just fired our WR coach for "reasons."

He deserves credit for hiring Drew and Sean but that’s about where it ends.
I personally think Mickey is making a push for the HoF. They made this big deal out of his 200th win, and he’s been doing a weekly Q&A on WWL which he’s never done before. He probably sees Allen as a high floor, low ceiling coach who can get another division title or two in a weak division to shore up his HoF resume. Mickey is obviously trying to assert himself as the face of the franchise (probably bitter about Sean and Drew getting all the credit for 15 years), and he knows the fanbase hates DA and will not give DA any credit for any success.

From a Str8 up business point of view, idk how Gale can watch this and like what she's hearing or seeing. By the Numbers, Derek Carr was a Top 10 or at least “borderline Top 10” QB this season.
Granted, QB play across the league has been down the last couple seasons.
I’m not entirely sure why that is?
In some seasons, Carr’s play this season wouldn’t have been Top 10, but you have to grade the performance on the curve of each particular season.
Carr has played like a Top 5 QB, Top 7 QB, top 12 QB, his rookie season & his 1st year with Gruden, in 2018, when they gutted the team, he was closer to 20th.
I think it is FAIR and OBJECTIVE to say, Carr over his career has been around the Top 10 for QB play.
I think people can sometimes go overboard defending Carr, because there’s a segment of people who think Carr shouldn’t even be one of the starting 32 QBs in the NFL, and that is ridiculous!
It’s not objective to ignore the very important areas Carr was Top 5 in like Completion percentage & INT %.
Like it’s not objective to ignore the areas he was 13th in, like Passing TDs.
When you average them all together, it comes out to 10th.
Saying Carr was the 10th best QB this season, is a result that can be reached with a fair & objective analysis.

This is the final year with da for me I give coaches 3/4 years before i really call for jobs I’ve felt his job was gone this year but I don’t think it’s there just yet they want to wait till there’s no saving him obviously I would not be mad if they did it now but after next year you got to make the right call an I’m doubtful for the playoffs next year I will say to me they went from a 3 win to a 7 win just from a new oc but that’s still loosing an that’s back on da an you let him go anyways
