    Доброго дня! Блок CF 90 або 60. По перше так губки сальника не могло видавити, це тільки при монтажі!!!
    По друге не помітив резинової кульки в кришці сальника!? Вона впливає на працездатність сальника! Гарного дня!

    To make the gasket holes, you can use a metal ball fron a bearing, to cut it, is easy

    Your sealer only dries in the absence of air, no need for it to setup like with a silicone..

    Now I watched the video until the end. First of all, you should use professional tools and not screw like an amateur. I know this type of compressor. Is an original from Germany from MAN-GHH.
    If the radial shaft seal is changed, the sleeve ring must also be changed. Otherwise the compressor will be leaking again after a very short time.
    No paper seal is required for the surface seal. Applying Loctite 574 to the clean surface with a foam roller is the best seal. In the absence of air, the sealant sets and seals optimally.

      Dear! the number one cause of a noisy screw compressor is worn out bearings!! Please check to see if the compressor bearings are in good condition!! Good luck!!

      You need a bearing puller to do it... We are performing all type of screw compressors service and located in coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.. Contact us for more support

    • @TheAbJGarage
      @TheAbJGarage  2 года назад

      If still the bearing refuses to come off with a puller, try heating with low heat. That will allow the bearing to relax and release it's firm grip as it tries to expand a little .

    • @CLASHOFCLAN-tx3km
      @CLASHOFCLAN-tx3km 2 года назад

      @@TheAbJGarage no, if you heat the bearing, heat from bearing's inner racer will immediately pass to the shaft which inturn will expand the shaft along with the bearing.. So unfortunately you can't remove the bearing from the shaft

    • @TheAbJGarage
      @TheAbJGarage  2 года назад

      @@CLASHOFCLAN-tx3km that is sure to happen if you heat it for long. I was suggesting heating the bearing and quickly removing of the shaft.. we have used this method on some hard to remove bearings and it worked just fine ....look at this video dear...ruclips.net/video/2du522NFpLY/видео.html

      @@TheAbJGarage that's great but this is a motor bearing, where I hope it is a ball bearing and the fit will be less compared to other bearings like tappered roller or 4 point angular contact ball bearings.. Moreover this bearing looks large enough to hammer and pull it out... This will not work in our cases where there will be no place to hammer the bearings

    My screw compressor is trip again and again

    • @TheAbJGarage
      @TheAbJGarage  2 года назад

      Dear check to see if the pump runs free by spinning the drive pulley by hand, if it is free, then look for electrical problem (probably short circuit) at the motor or its control wiring. If the compressor is not free to spin manually, then it's probably internal problem causing resistance, such as damaged bearings due to lack of lubrication, or foreign materials jammed in the system causing resistance to rotation.
