Not the easiest of places to rate their pratas but this one was still a great episode! The thing that makes this prata series so wholesome is cos we have a chinese and a malay guy discussing about prata to the finest details haha cant get anymore singaporean than that

Boon Lay market Prata near power Nasi lemak very good .. its crispy type but the best part is their asam fish curry & mutton Dahl curry got kick

No wonder my father always buy the prata at Changi village. Everytime I asked him what he eat always say prata. Now I really want to try their eggs benedict version because I always buy the one at springleaf prata place. 😅
Quite sad you guys didn't try the prata at Boon Lay Shopping Centre beside Power Nasi Lemak. Everytime eat there always long queue. The dhal is mutton and have some fatty bits inside, so shiok and addicting! 😋

For me here you have the best fish curry to go along with the fresh crispy prata. You may pour the curry over it as well for a higher level experience. Nevertheless, is a personal choice.. The other curries are also flavourful. It is a must try if you are looking for budget prata.

If prata is with sardine, it should rightly be called sardine murtabak. If you are looking for a fantastic sardine murtabak you should try at Elahe Family Restaurant at Yishun Avenue 5. Probably it is the best in Singapore.
For me you should not deep fry prata in oil in order to make it crispy..
