in usa like the doctor said... we have scotts law AKA move over law about moving over n slowing down when a emergency vehicle has its lights on... its called a scotts law cuz a drunk driver killed a firefighter in chicago illinois saving a person on a side of the road.. u get fined and get community service issued when u dont move over outta the way... if u injure someone or worst by not moving over or slowing down its a class 4 felony

I've seen some car driver's don't move for the ambulance while i'm walking on the walkway / pathway even when the ambulance on their sirens also some drivers still don't move i wish most drivers realize it's life or death situation .😢😮😊 yikes wahh the stabbing story reminds me of the accident at orchard rd stabbing scary ouch .

20:59 Joie"s reaction......natural for most of us, right? I mean, we can all agree that such pranksters need to pay for their "crime" because they're misusing emergency resources that someone else may actually need at that point in time. But we mustn't forget too.....that sometimes, some of these "pranksters" are actually people who may suffer from some form of mental illness and the prank calling of hotlines etc may be a manifestation of their mental illness, or some other understandable reasons for their acting out. No excuse for misusing resources, definitely. But instead of immediately judging and condemning them, we can perhaps dig a little deeper to see if there is an underlying problem. One that charging them in court, issuing a fine or a prison sentence will not only not help, but maybe make worse the problem(s) the individual face.
