Hey Lance, me too, I thought from the thumbnail it was Takigawa 'cos of those smart white hats - not their usual plumed "Kepi" style helmets and with those shortsleeve tops this must be their new summer uniform. I love this band, their combination of "How The West Was Won/ I Go To Rio" gets me going every time! - J
@@jaycooper2624 Hey Jay, good to here from you. I could not figure out the first piece they are playing - familiar but could not place it. You solved that for me - How the West was Won, from the movie of the 1960's I believe. Amazing what the Japanese bands will use! I'm also intrigued by the kazoo intervals. A smaller band here to fit in a smaller parade area. Yeah, I too, love this band.

Wow this was TODAY there. Looks like a mini=parade through a small market area. Could this be a 1st year students ? In any case they sound great and put on a nice show for the merchants and passer-bys-especialy the children!
Saw this show again. Convinced talent and class is a sign of doing a stadium show at an intersection of two allies with a fourth of the band. Of course that twiller and girls i the front help a lot.
As already mentioned, but my turn now (😂), love the summer uniforms. And only a small representative of the band on the day, but still sounded good. Where are they actually playing in those narrow streets and was it as part of festival?

For a second, the uniforms fooled me. I thought they were Takigawa, soon figured it out. Always great to see Seika, in whatever uniform.

別府の通りは本当にマーチング向きですよね～🎵
また道路脇の景観も緑や余裕が有って開放感を感じるのも良きです。
コレが愛知なんかですとせっかく東邦さんとか振り付きで演奏しても車線多く広い筈の道路なのに狭くて可哀相に見えちゃう😮💨
もう少し走る車を規制した方が安心して見られる気がしちゃいます。

@@しゃかどん お疲れさま。そうだよね。この前の博多どんたくのパレードは何かMCに不手際があったらしく、皆が騒いでいましたが、私は解りませんでした。論ちゃんはそんな感じに聞こえたと言ってたね。まぁ、狭い日本だからローズパレードみたいなパレードは日本では無理でしょうね。しゃかどんさんも暑い夏を頑張って乗り越えて下さいませ。暑い千葉から祈ってます。

常に精華品質、素晴らしい。出来ればもっと安全な道幅が欲しい。殆どの地方都市がこの様な環境なので文句は言えませんが。政府が「観光客いらっしゃい」等と言うのであればこういう文化行事や伝統行事まで配慮した町作りに取り組む必要が有りそうです。
精華周辺は下町がまだ残ってるところがたくさんあるんです。
学校校門前の道路も車がギリギリ一台通れるぐらい。
美野島地区も歴史あるところで、未だにそれが残っています。(学校のすぐ近くですが)
地域との交流を大切に活動し続けている精華をこれからも応援よろしくお願いします。
