Do you know in the month of augest if the grass is still so green

Hi, I’m not sure as I’ve only traveled to Bishop Peak in the winter months. By observing the shrubs and plants during our hike, they appear to be dry climate plants such as creosote, so I’m guessing by August it’s dry there
