It's about the G-Force, in this game, if the Fear spikes LOTs in a split second or so along with the G's it basically means the riders died

You should try Rollercoaster Dreams VR. its a theme park building Sim with vr support. you can build a park including a coaster crafter and walk around your park in VR

Suggestion that might work for height of your rides. In other games the supports can only go so high so I have razed the ground level, like going up a hill, then I was able to go higher. Please let me know if you try this and if it worked for you.

If you go into scenario editor you can change the max height of the park if you did not do it on this. How about using drop coaster and see how fast you can get on vertical drop.
