Actually 😆...I think castles can be a very profitable niche if you think about it! There are hundreds of castles where you can book and stay, plan an event, a wedding, what to do/eat/visit around the castle, so much stuff to cover + affiliates, etc. It's an amazing niche haha. Back to this series, this is amazing! All advice here is 100% top! Thank you!
This series is so epic haha, can't wait for the rest. Also, the "follow your passion" debate is super interesting to me. If I was trying to build a massive business, I personally think I'd need to feel significant passion or purpose in what I'm promoting, the problem I'm solving, the people I'm serving, etc. But probably that's me personally, not as necessary for everyone.
Glad you're enjoying the series :-) The next video should be coming out hopefully not too long from now... but I still need to film it lol. I bring up the passion thing mainly because it can lead people astray, and sometimes lead them to the point they never start because they can't figure out what their passion is, when in reality something they enjoy or have a passing interest in will be enough often to make a real business from. I always advise entrepreneurs to be less passionate on the niche and more passionate on the actual business model, as that tends to serve us better in the long run. This is especially true if you're looking to make selling businesses part of your overall plan
Hi Greg, Im brain storming about finding a niche, ive come up with tech. However in your video you explained that you can attempt to affiliate physical products, what about if my niche has no physical products, how would i go about this? if this makes sense.
Hi Jjpriv, this can definitely depend on the niche. Some niches would be more difficult to create physical products for than others, for example a content site that does reviews on cars or something super expensive. If this is the case for you, you could consider creating digital products around the topic. The larger goal here is to leverage the traffic you're already bringing in to create a revenue stream that isn't from affiliate sources.

Haha, we might need to reconsider our perspective on castles as a business. Thanks for the support!
I agree. People are now looking for escape and unique type experiences. Some people just enjoy learning about the history of them.
Glad you mentioned hiking Greg. I just bought a hiking site from EF, will play for a while. Haha...
Oh awesome man. Congrats on the purchase :-)
Looking forward to seeing what you do with it
This is GOLD bro!!
