49, went from 265 over 35% fat to 190 and probably 17-18% and added muscle in less than a year. Diet, walk, lift Most muscle was added with adjustable dumbbells and a $100 bench from Amazon. Not complicated or expensive. The little walks are great. Pace between sets, pace in the office, walk in the am and after dinner. 10k steps becomes easy and you can get 15k without too much time/effort
Thanks for this info! I'm 110 days carnivore, started at 265 and down to 224 so far! Walking 8k-10k steps a day and kettle bell workouts are a game changer!
@chrisdonnell2575 there's so much you can do. I watched a bunch of videos for full body kettle bell workouts and put some of those together. I do rounds off the swings, squats and presses then rest for a minute and go again! It's a butt kicker haha
I have not had ice cream in probably 3 years... don't really miss it, either. I do with i found your video years ago, though. Everything you are saying is what I'm doing currently (3M). I could only do Chickem, Rice & Brocoli for a year though. Had to start eating things i liked. I'll have that meal in the spring when I start my cut.

Be proactive on this. Please look into research on the medical benefits of the Ketogenic diet and ketone production for mental health. There is a lot of great research into this subject to treat dementia. Understanding how certain drugs affect LDL also needs to be considered. Fats are also important for mental health. I’m not a doctor but please look into these topics and get ahead of this.
