- Hello my dear friends. Today's video is simply advice for those taking their first steps into magic. A series of factors and behaviours as preparation before the work of magic. Depending on your feedback this can be turned into a series of videos which I shall call "The White Wand Series". Patience is very important in actual conversations! So much of the problem with social media (and media in general) is the assumption that you can immediately know what another perspective is trying to tell you. You need to take time to absorb information let alone knowledge, because listening at the speed of reflex is simply responding to your own thoughts-your first thought at that. Knowledge and communication are time release processes.
You don’t “talk too much.” There is simply so much to talk about! Your detailed explanations are unmatched in any kind of public space like this. So every detail is much appreciated! Thank you, and never change.
Also, thank you for mentioning the dangers. It’s vital to know how slow this process is, and how much dedication, intention, and sacrifice is involved. Like you said, everything comes at a price.
Exactly why I stay on my own . I have reached deep and far back to engage with ancestors . This has been beneficial for me in protection and guidance . We all have our own journey . 🐝❤️❤️❤️

I love listening to you. I am a visual artist. People who seek immediate gratification mistakenly perceive patience as something burdensome and difficult. Yet there is tremendous freedom to be found in patience, a surrender or maybe dissolution into creative currents that feel so deeply of home. The true experience of being alive.

I regard this an excellent introductory overview of basic do's and don'ts for learning to interface properly with the metaphysical realm - something which seems to be hidden from most people or by society at large. Many life-damaging situations can be avoided or greatly mitigated, and potentially helpful doors opened, or at least healthy stasis maintained, by following these precepts.
I especially appreciate your advice to "work to become inspired." Times when I have felt discouraged or tired, waiting for inspiration does not benefit; rather, realizing that the light is within, and, as you pointed out, patience and diligence will create better results.
Movement is key..sometimes don't know where I'm headed EXACTLY..just have a flavor for what's on my mind....and as for your blog/presentation..you can't please all the people..all the time. Different strokes...different paces..but you're cool Arith....like you very much

Around the 28:46 time mark, watch a shadow form behind the narrator on his right side or the viewers left. It slides forward as if entering the narrator, and then listen for a growl or groan. I don’t know how I caught it.

Totally agree with you about patience. It’s sad that society doesn’t hold this virtue anymore. Patience requires compassion and empathy. Also , things society lacks very much. Without patience, magic is difficult to practice indeed.
I and my husband and my daughter are our on group. We met someone and a small group, we are still friends and even sometimes work with some of them. The person that thought herself the leader is not someone we even talk to anymore. He's very very right in saying make boundaries. This person didn't like that I had already been working on my own for some time also she saw me as standing in the way of her getting to my husband. This may sound crazy to some but I know she was trying to use magic along with plan human BS to try to get what she wanted. It affected all of us some and it did cause some major arguments . The good thing is I was able to get him to see the full truth and we all broke away, even doing some banishing. We are back to normal and have always stayed totally committed to each other. He had no interest in her the way she wanted, but because I had been working with things much longer than him she at first was getting him to kinda believe I was not a witch. So he at first was going to train with her. But the problem is some of what she wanted would have caused a breaking of promises, oaths, and bounds that formed many years ago between us. Like I said I (I should say we because even though they have crossed over they came to help, in our dream's, yes this may be to much information but there is a reason I mentioned this) so I with their help by way of coming to us while we slept helped greatly. So yes be very very careful, especially if you are with someone that is new to practicing themselves. Like I said I had been working for a long time, he knew this and never had a problem with it but over time he became more interested in things, but I knew he needed to move slowly and while working with me he also still needed to find his true hearts path. Always always be careful of anyone that you meet and move slowly both with other people and those that are not human no matter what.

There is so much truth in the advice you give! I have been practicing magic for 22 years and I suffered many spiritual attacks during my first 6 years. At first, I was just dabbling in whatever I could get my hands on… calling upon anything that would listen. Then I called upon Inanna, who eventually descended down to help me get out of the mess I created! I do work with other Gods and Goddesses, but still to this day, Inanna is the center of my practice!!! She is my armor, sword and shield. ⚔️💛🛡
Early in my practice I received a rune message that essentially stated, "Communicate with the other realms and then be silent." So the social contract was made clear to me early on and I agree that it is essential for the well being of all involved. It is good that you are emphasizing that.

As an old woman, I very much appreciate the lessons you are imparting. A few decades ago, I was with a group that claimed to have The Secrets of the Craft. They didn’t. What they had a was hierarchy that they wanted to be the top of. Some of the practice was stepping stones, some of it was stumbling blocks. Craft comes from within and from many years of practice.
I love your emphasis on the importance of experience. It is hard these days to be patient for many people. I believe you should spend time outside in all seasons building those relationships...in the wet, cold and hot discomfort as well as the pleasant parts of our world.
Please, make this into a series of videos. I find this knowledge very necessary and useful. Much appreciation from Texas!

For me, it feels like the metaphysical world is bubbling just under the surface. I can feel it there. I can feel them reaching out to me again. I am finally acknowledging their presents, but this time, considering carefully how and when to connect again. I was wide open in my youth and had intense experiences without any support or understanding from those around me, it turned out to be traumatizing. I am now venturing once more.
I appreciate you and that you give down to Earth and practical advise when it comes to the pracrice of magick. I would very much enjoy you making a magick series.

I think the main idea is to just grow with yourself. You have to grow before you understand, then you will become ready for that which is to come. And then you will become ready for what you're ready to learn and accept the things that you are trying to learn. And then in learning...
truly is it ready to be absorbed by an tentative mind. I've been doing this for nearly 30 years, it's a long, slow process and you have to accept what you receive when it is given. Thank you Arith. You speak true.

I've come to a partial understanding of the mistake of prematurely looking for Forbidden Knowledge, not from a self-conscious pursuit of magic, but from slamming into my own expectations of what I could achieve with my art and discovering that what I was trying to do was magic. As a full-on atheist at the time. I was asking before I was in a position to receive, and I got what was coming to me. What happened next is best kept a secret, so maybe I learned something...

I'm on minute 17, and I have to get back to work, but I've been screaming yes to my phone! I'm a magick practitioner myself and patience is key. You can't get through to the other if you are impatient, cause one will not get it right the first times (in my experience) and, once you do, you are bound to silence, lol. Something my mercurial behind that wants to share everything was told was that we all have to experience it from the heart, because if the racional mind "grasps" it first it won't have the desired effect that a revelation should have. It's a transformational event. I'll continue with the video once my workday is over but just wanted to tell you that your content is gold. Like, ALL OF IT!
You have no idea how much this is key I had to learn this lesson the hard way, watching powerful witches and sorcerers... Summoning demons made me wish for power and growth but it came with a harsh price hurting those I loved... Take it from arith take your time build respectful relationships or you will be vampirised and fed upon until your nothing build disapline,mental stability and spiritual boundaries and protective measures, you never know what happens when you step outside that doorway....👹🐺🌚

@ i'm having trouble with the reinvigorating , unfortunately- but it was great to see my furry night time friends after being shut in for a week, me, not them. Wind storms here, very strange. So i've been listening and feeling what is there. . . and it's well after 7 minutes and i'm still listening. So grateful for your self that you share with us here. That's a funny thing about patience. I used to be considered patient. Now, I choose what i think is worth my energy, and i will give that all my patience. 12 minutes - how true! I always had a hard time when someone asked "what do you believe ?" The answer wants to be simple. But it can't be a separate thing - it's what breathing and being is; or, in my opinion should be . And act of respect, curiosity . . . learning, being humble, and more respect. (here i am trying to describe it) 😋Edit number 3 on that note, i must go out in the december rain on my bike- it's my deepest of wishes to do this to my end days - being indoors is, for me uncomfortable. I'll check the 27min and on ward later Thankyou for this! Back in at 28 , wow - i can think of what feels like two lifetimes i had that are completely removed from me now, because of prejudice etc. And now, accepting the 'aloneness' in this, I am much more comfortable with myself than before. That didn't come without pain, bitterness, and the work to let it go.
Many times, truth and knowledge leads to isolation for the very reason you have mentioned- the general public cannot accept what is true. Not because they are bad people, but because their souls arent quite ready to absorb it / believe it. Our faith can often be tested by others that dont share in our levels, and it can be scary facing those tests. I should do better not to avoid the tests and discomfort. Afterall, part of our path is to walk fearlessly toward a light that is calling us. And the only way we gain, is by overcoming the common obstacles. We all have something to work on in ourselves. 💓💯
Your outlook on these subjects is always So refreshing. These practices shared on RUclips is generally “marketed “ to get as many views as possible and it tempts creators to make it more attractive and quick results - theyprobably started for the right reasons but lost the plot in seeking validation and praise . I love your regular stuff and I love this as well. I would be very much interested in more. I also love history, and watching both your regular historical ones and also watching this you are helping me understand some of the links and friendships I have made, that well not human. You also help me because I am one who can visualize which for me helps but the few others I have met can not and can never understand just what I do so I only share it with my husband and daughter, but you are helping me understand it better myself. As a mom, I would always tell my children, to hush up 🤫 and to be silent, and not just because, yeah kids can be loud and annoying lol 😂 yeah, of course. But even as young as 6 years old we can be teaching our children constructive ways to meditate 🧘

I resonate with so much of this Arith, thank you and spot on. I approach and define magic as bringing the Subconscious into Consciousness. I am used to practicing on my own- as a loner and an introvert I am not big on community. I have started sharing my Rituals on YT with others...but I am Inclusive so I include many different modalities. 💜

Very interested in the white wand series. I ended up falling into being an apprentice to a wand maker. We separated ways because we had to move to different locations. He was making very expensive wands that looked like something out Lord of the Rings Elven realm. I didn't have the money to keep it going so I started making wands of simple materials. People seem to really enjoy them and each one I have made has found a home so far. I have never used magic knowingly in this life and I do not follow any craft. I am merely curious to learn about it to gather knowledge.
Such wise advice in this time of such a large spike in people undergoing spiritual awakenings and searching out youtube gurus to make sense of all the new heightened awareness that goes with them.
When the Student is ready, the Teacher appears. If everyone had All the answers, We wouldn't SEEK no?🤔. Take the cotton from ye ears, insert in the mouth. Choice is Ours. Others can choose to click off. Awareness is 🗝️ to expansion. Three things prevent ascending Consciousness; Lack of endeavor to seek knowledge IS the main of IT. Magical Creativity doesn't happen in the Armchair. Application is the term that comes to Mind

Arith, I think you have tried your best to cover every single ground so as to protect the others when practising the art of magic, however some would inevitably fall into the dark side, therefore, I strongly recommend you and your fans to gain enlightenment from Lao Tzu Tao Te Ching, if one would like to practise their art to a higher level. The teaching of "Tao Te Ching" is the best protection against those harmful spirits. The Nine Great Deities from your region are very powerful, and they would offer best protection for the spiritual followers who wish to practise the art. Good luck. Happy and safe practice.
Very wise words! Once you experience something you know and not just believe. You don't need anyone to tell you it's true because you know it's true.
let me start by saying that I loved the intro Kiddo! ..... If we agreed with each other at all times there would be know progress , only by discussion can we move forward ......although in my long life I have been with many pagan groups , most with something to offer , I have always found nature and the teacher within to be my greatest guide in negotiating magic , however all must follow their own path in their own way , pitfalls and all, as sometimes it is the pitfalls that teach us the most .
So much of what you talked about here have been changes I have personally been going through for few years. One thing really stuck out though because it was something I was recently confronted with - I tend to do a lot of sharing. I think it helps people to see and hear different perspectives and ways of doing things. Recently I started working with Logi and He has been guiding me through Galdr. I quickly realized that there are elements there I can not share with others, at least the way He is teaching me. That threw me for a loop because I never really encountered that before from one of my guides. I love how you explained it though and really hit home. So thank you! I hope you continue to make videos like this and going deeper. I have watched you from close to your start years ago. You are always at the top of my recommended people due to your authentic and straight forward approach.

The tree behind you is wonderful, magical, beautiful.
More on the same theme would be great. You covered many interesting points. Now in my early 60's I've noticed that whenever I get to a good place there are people who come out from nowhere to try to destroy where I'm at. People I don't even know and often these people can be and are sometimes dangerous, spiteful, jealous and vicious whilst rying to keep a persona of respectability to those around them.
I have some, even if only a little, consolation in knowing that they have to live with themselves everyday, an existence which I can only imagine as being utterly miserable.

I particularly love how Nature (birds, insects, and background sounds) emphasized key points while you spoke about them & repeated them with clarity (and they also repeated their call😊).
