I can pull into a drive threw order a hamburger drive around to park, and all of a sudden before I even turn off my car I'm out, I wake up and it's dark now , I have run out of gas because the car has been running for hours while I slept, is this a sighn of narcolepsy? ME TOO!!! Fortunately I feel it coming on & can pull over before falling out behind the wheel but not always in time to turn the car off. I frequently wake up out of gas &/or with dead battery from falling asleep with lights on. I have narcolepsy but it could also be another sleep disorder, fatigue from another underlying health issue eg sleep apnea, hypothyroid, Anemia, BII (if applicable) or even severe food allergies/bad diet (too many burgers from the drive-thru...just sayin). I hope you have seen a doctor & sorted it out.
I feel so much better after starting xyrem, but now a couple of months ago my parasomnia activities went into hyper drive and I never know where I will wake up, Kansas City Mo

The question I aked above, this hS happened about 10 times in the last 6 months .
