For sure. Just hope we get a firm answer on how long so we know if at attin was old old republic or just the old republic before the rise of the empire.
@@StarWarsTimeShow well The Old Republic Era, also referred to as the Sith era, takes place from 25,053 BBY (the founding of the Republic), until 1000 BBY (the Seventh Battle of Ruusan and the end of the New Sith Wars).im guessing at ballpark the ship crashed on the planet toward the end of the old republic
Theory: The captain is a droid and lives as the new supervisor on At Attin. Keeping the entire planet under wraps and the mint going still, all the while destroying as much info on At Attin and other worlds related.
All my guesses: - At Attin is controlled by machines 100%. Note that the robots looks like survelliance cameras with legs. All other planets that served for the same purpose went into chaos because it was ruled by "people"... that became too greedy. That's why At Attin is controlled full machines. - Jod was a little padawan that doesn't believe in Jedi because he saw the #1 jedi kill them all. - That saber was from the old republic, late old republic - all is connected to the stories of the old republic vs the pirates - Somehow Gorian Shard will enter into the scene... because is from the same timeline Don't forget that Favreau and Filoni are building up the Stawars' Universe in the same way Favreau buit the MCU. All will be connected at a certain point, in a movie.
I’m sure he only did that because the children and the droid kept doubting his command in danger. Also to be able to get the kids home and return for the treasure under “Jedi business” with the droid and the onix Cinder as a rare ship. To be the best pirate in history with rare proof
Prediction: Old Republic credits are a form of cryptocurrency and the “At Attin mint” is actually the organics on the planet who generate giant number hashes to back the currency. That’s why all the organic life on the planet is working in data analyst jobs. And it’s why they keep referring to Republic credits as DATAries.
The creators compared it to goonies and amblin flicks of the 80s. Show is great but it can be compared to other classics without taking away from its’ own greatness. Glad you dig it.
We knew Jod would betray them, but the timing and way he did it was so authentic to the universe
Jude killing it as Jod. Great character and performance.
@@StarWarsTimeShowhonestly he is surpassing my expectations for a Star Wars character
@@beastmobile96i’m not surprised, watch “The Young Pope” if you get a chance
looking on how buried the ship was and all the vegetation that grew over it its safe to say its a couple of hundreads years

Yeah I can dig that
He had a woman who backstabbed him. I don't think the old captain was a droid.

Shard is dead though right? Unless you’re saying this takes place prior to Mando S3.
Another fellow fan points out the Jinn reference.
👊🏻
Nice review!
Appreciate it!
The skeleton crew recognized that their star is Jude Law unlike the acolyte which kills the star Carrie Anne Moss in the first episode
Jude is doing an amazing job

He’s always wanted a big score so he’s doing what a scoundrel pirate would do. He’ll do the right thing in the end.

Ooh that's a good theory
Interesting 🤔
I still think Prince Xizor should be in camo
As in cameo or actually in camo?
The kettlemans were not in breaking bad they are from better call Saul.
Ms. Kettleman could get it
😂
I think the onix Cinder belongs to the young captain firns mother
Donner backwards
Yeah you know that's an interesting point. He too seemingly led his party to their deaths on the promise of riches.
@ nah. Director of goonies /super man ect Donner
The goonies have nothing to do with this show other than children. Stop comparing to other shows. Just credit this show for being good

@StarWarsTimeShow shame on them then. Let things stand on their own merits and not the coattails of a 40 yo movie?!?
