I've been doing a lot of therapy, yoga, meditation and exercise because this past summer my self-care was lacking because I had to take care of my sick husband and family. So now, I'm feeling better and more balanced. It's nice to not put so much pressure on myself anymore and listen to my spirit team and my spirit babies. Everything happens for a reason. 💖
