They're also grown up now. My eldest son turned 33 this year, my "baby" will be 28 in October. The eldest two have their own kids; my son has his new baby (newish, he's one in October, and absolutely adorable!), whereas my daughter has 3 of her own and 2 stepsons (not that we bother with the "step" bit. We love all our grandkids equally). Karma is amazing! 😂😂😂

When my older brother was a child (my mum said he was about 5) he managed to get himself stuck inside a pool table when my family was on holiday to Spain. He got up to loads of other bizarre things like blowing out candles in restaurants, skateboarding into fences and stripping in the middle of a supermarket (because he was bored might I add) to name a few. He is now a nurse
good to know he turned out okay in spite of all the mischief 🤣

My oldest did it too when she was a baby. Laid her down for a nap in her crib. Went in later when I heard her awake to find she had removed her diaper and painted the wall.

It amazes me the difference between how this generation handles kids vs older generations. In the case of the kid that bought the SpongeBob popsicles, my dad would have tanned my hide and forced me to not only work off the debt (most likely either selling them to kids or working my grandfather's farm) but would never have allowed me a single bite of one. Mom would have blown her gasket if she'd walked into the bubble bath scene, not reached for her camera...

@@2760ade Never okay to hid a child. Then it would be okay for me to hid you for inflickting harm on another person, it becomes a vicious circle. Parents shouldn't be allowed to use violence towards there kids, it also teaches children that it's okay to punish other people with violence.

Turned on the jacuzzi (with cleaner in it) to clean the jets. Left the room to empty the dryer. By the time all the clothes were sorted, folded and put away, I remembered the bathroom ... Suds were at least 6' high, and half way across the floor. My god. *All I could do was laugh.

The kid that called the cops on his dad reminds me of a deeply buried memory I have. I was maybe 5 years old, and one day Dad picked me up from my after school care place. After getting in the car (1986 Ford escort hatchback) I couldn't believe what I saw. There was a mug sitting in the cup holder. After just recently learning about the dangers of drinking and driving, I couldn't forgive my dad for such a transgression. Even if it was just coffee. 😂😂😂

Babysat for so many years I have never regretted not having any. It can be funny having them around though. When I was 12 I took care of a five-month old, a three-year old & seven-year old for a weekend. While changing the babies diaper (green, stinky liquid) the two older boys ran right through the diaper & tracked all the way threw the house to the back door. Had a fun evening cleaning it up with the boys :) 'You are joining me in this endeavour', lol.

@@KAdams-dr4pc No. I was very mature at 12. Took very good care of them. Cooked them food & made sure they were all OK. Kept their bedroom doors open & could hear anything, turning over in bed, needing anything. Some of us are very good at taking care of children.
Mature as you were, you were 12, that was too much to ask of you. And dangerous. You were just a child yourself, and they outnumbered you. For an entire weekend?! How much did they pay you?
@@MegCazalet No, it was a different time. I had been through two years of chemotherapy from the age of 7 to 9 years and was aware of how children think at their ages. We all got along well as we had respect for our parents and they didn't give me a hard time as they knew their parents were having a difficult time. Their parents would call me during the week to watch the children while they went to AA. I asked them for what they could afford, sometimes it was more money, sometimes less. We were raised to value the family unit and worked towards keeping things calm and enjoying life.
I have so many of these stories my ex-wife has two sets of twin boys with only a 2-year difference. One time they were in the other room and decided to turn my coffee grounds creamer and sugar into a sandbox with no box. Another time they got the big container of Nesquik and turned the dog's water bowl into chocolate sludge they then painted the kitchen with (btw dogs were fine) and this was all the oldest set before they were 2. You love them anyways lol.

I have two younger brothers and if they Don't get their way. Or their tablet dies. They scream bloody murder. And I don't mean a small little scream. I mean As loud as they can you can hear it a block away. And they throw everything including devices. So have fun!😂

One time, my mom ran out of gas in the middle of the road, and when the police came to give us gas, (they didn't do a very good job) I told them that my mom had been SPEEDING! I mean, how DARE she!? In reality, she wasn't going too far over the limit. The police just laughed and gave my mom a 'lecture' on how she shouldn't speed to make me happy.

I think the moral here is for parents to stop allowing their kids to spend all their money on digital platforms. It isn't hard, just stop storing your details! I literally don't have my card attached to anything I use to shop so even if they were to get on their, there is no way my kids could actually buy anything.

Yee. It's a good thing not to do that anyway just in case ur account gets hacked. That way if u get hacked they can't see ur bank info. I usually always use a Walmart visa instead of a actual bank card. My bro on the other hand, he wasn't so smart and his account got hacked. He was able to get all his money that was spent back and change his bank info but he started listening to me when I told him get a Walmart visa after that.

Gift Cards are a thing. Fund the wallet like Pocket money then if they can't make a transaction they'll have to wait until they get another gift card on pay day. It's a valuable life lesson that can gradually make them learn how to spend wisely.

I buy the PSN, Xbox, or eShop gift card from a store and if I can't or don't wanna go to the store I just buy them online like off Walmarts site or something. As for my PC, I usually just add the amount I want on a Walmart MoneyCard that way if my Epic or Steam accounts get hacked they won't have any of my real bank info. I buy Apple and Google Play gift cards too but it isn't as often as the ones I just listed bc I don't buy too much stuff off the App Store or Play Store. Then, I take my bank info off my Walmart account. I have to re-enter it but it's quick and I'm not taking any risks even though it's just Walmart.

When I was two years old, I ended up in my Gramme's attic which had no floor in it at the time. It was just floor beams. Mom found me balanced on a beam near the window and my elbows and cheeks were pink because it was hot up there. My mom didn't know whether to laugh or cry because I could have fallen through the ceiling or the gaps of the step ladder going up to the attic. She even has a picture of it for proof.
