How do you get bronzer to show up in person? My cheekbones are basically nonexistent so I really need the bronzer. I use a deeper shade but it still doesn’t show up well.

You need a quarter teaspoon of SPF for your face and neck to get the protection on the bottle. So 'starting off with a small amount' is not recommended.
I don't know why but any kind or any shape I use for eyeliner it doesn't suit my eyes... I do get a lot of compliments on my eyes but eyeliner never suit my eye.. So I skip it but it makes my eye look kinda incomplete
1. Using a 'little amount of sunscreen' just demolishes the purpose of using sunscreen! You need to use proper amount. 2. The foundation shade was waaayyyy off. 3. Why wouldn't you remove your hair with a hairband or place the clips properly?! You front hair was all the way on the side of your face through out the video! I don't wanna hate but had to point out.

Esthetician here, just wanna say your skincare routine is good! I noticed you probably have rosacea so your skin is very well taken care of! And loves, wear your spf when sunny, cloudy, at home every two hours. You’ll age beautifully! Phones and indoor lighting also can cause hyperpigmentation so protect yourself from those too.
Hi I want to know if vitamin D and vitamin K is of any help to make skin reflect the health of the body. I see so many western doctors talk about SPF in skincare. We’re your ancestors wearing spf and died of skin cancer or the spf thing came after too much of “processed food, artificial living started and made people more prone to skin cancer? I’m just curious to know if western society is completely relying on “synthetic products”. Because what I learn from Life sciences, the antioxidants have been working for free inside the human body since the evolution. See I really want to know about the living of Western society. I see many people opting for cosmetic surgeries like butt lift, lip injections, Botox and then there are news of Johnson and Johnson losing the court battle for having carcinogenic ingredients in baby powders. I need to understand well, what’s the living in western world costs on human health. Please don’t get offended. I have to assess the human body in different ways of living.

SPF is not only to help with that but also people who has a photosensitive skin because of their oral and/or topic medications. Us esthetician recommend using mineral rather than chemical. Mineral sunscreen use titanium dioxide and zinc oxide which is completely safe to use, not carcinogenic. Not all skincare products are good so it’s important with the help of an esthetician to understand ingredients. There’s chemical ingredients that are harmless and helpful to the skin, it’s all about understanding science. The word chemical may come off as scary or bad but is not the case for everything! Skincare products also use plants and fruits. Fruits make excellent enzymes that really helps the skin to remove dead cells and even out the skin. About vitamins D and K, they’re into the same categories. They’re generally present in the fat from our food. Vitamin D can be obtained from a good diet, sun exposure it’s basically the cherry on top. You don’t need to expose your body to the sun for a long time, just a few minutes. Prolonged exposure can cause some damages as I mentioned before and no, SPF does not affect the absorption of vitamin D from the sun. Overall, we esthetician not only recommend a good skincare routine but also a good diet. Without a proper diet not matter how perfect your skincare routine is, you will not improve much.
