Had to dismantle my entire skirt because I made too many columns, but after redoing it, it's worth it. The design is so pretty. Although I have to say, my lines appear to be slanting towards the left for some reason. Maybe they'll straighten out after I've completed the skirt. Thank you so much.
I wish you would say how many stitches should be in each row. You do that in row 7 where im supposed to have 120 but i ended up with about 25 extra. I have to start all over. Or look for another pattern.
Same. It's way off from the beta go and I've very experienced, 65 years of crcheting, maybe more, an ed I understand math, but rather than alter this pattern, I'll find another designer.

Well, I just finished mine and it looks like a 6 to 12 month size.
This is my story.
I also had a hard time with stitch count. Especially when closing up the arm holes. I had an extra 15 stitches and this was the only place that I edited. She did say more or less wasn't a big deal, but 15 stitches is a pretty big deal to me. I took it upon myself to skip some stitches for my 120 count. From that point on I did not count again. Finished product is very beautiful. I have a Nov baby coming so it will be perfect for Easter. I used premier ever soft. It is so silky soft. Now to find a bonnet to go with it!
Oh, this was my very first baby dress. I hope the next one will be just as pretty as this one!
Turned out lovely, I put three nice buttons on it which looked so nice that I made that the front of the dress instead of the back. Thank you 👏👍🏼
You don’t do enough sample of the steps, just do a couple stitches and say repeat, don’t say how many stitches you should have after that row is done.

I don't get how you start with chain 55 then you have 54 dingle crochet. But then row 2 you end with 2 hdc when I do it I end with 2 hdcs in the last sight stitch but you dont.

For the border is it from the 2nd row from the bottom or the 3rd row. Your video says insert color from the 2nd row from bottom your written pdf pattern says insert color from the 3rd row from bottom. Which is it??????

I purchased the pattern and have frogged multiple times.. # of stitches need to be at the end of each row.. Especially row 6 gets very confusing. Watching the video helped a little but still wound up with way to many stitches. I got all the way to row 11 and had to frog again because it wasn't even. Assistance needed.

Hello, please can you clarify as there is a discrepancy between the written pattern which I have bought and the video. On row 6 the written pattern states ch 2, in the first stitch: hdc 2, hdc 4, in the next stitch hdc 2, repeat from*. On the video, you do not start with hdc 2 in the first stitch but go straight into hdc 4, which is the correct way? Thanks
I'm having this same issue with multiple parts of the pattern especially row 6 and 7, which one is correct? I ended up with 123 stitches in row 6

This tutorial went from teaching a really basic stitch (single crochet) at :53 to being thrown off course in rounds 4-6. Please please please in the future always inform on stitch count or else the tutorial is absolutely useless.
Why would You explain what You're doing in the beginning and then stop explaining what You are doing??? This is very frustrating and I'm not the only one complaining!!! I will not be making this dress. I'm so glad there are other tutorials that explain everything down to the very end.
