As manganese has half filled orbital electrons are held tightly by the nucleus so that delocalisation is less and metallic bond is much weaker than preceding elements.
sorry to say this but .. i thought she will be going to explain that filling of 4f orbital and relation btn zr and hf with ec but koi nhi ... chalta hai
