If any of the methods don't work. Go to task manager, find windows explorer and end task then restart your computer. I tried that and it worked for me!

None of these things helped. Taskbar is hidden behind any maximized window. Lock taskbar does not work and it still auto-hides. Turning OFF auto-hide does not work. any window maximized will cause taskbar to "hide" and it will not reveal when mouse is hovered at the bottom of the screen.

Hi there, thank you for your question! First check all the connections did you install anything recently that could have caused the issue? I'd recommend trying to manually restart explorer.exe by holding CTRL + ALT + DEL then open task manager click file and select new task and type "explorer.exe" and hit okay this might solve your issue.
