Hey man I just want to give you some tips but you should troll rmg lures around the 10 meter deep mark you can get 4-5-6-8 meter diving lures and I catch crap tons of mackerel there and there are two colours I use and that is the red and white quantas colour and another one with red stripes and sparkle I don’t know what it’s called thought and the second wreck is covered in school Mack’s so if you use a paternoster rig with a whole pillie you get many
A great guy to watch on the tube for fishing tips in far North Queensland is Andy’s fishing and wild cook. He definitely knows what his talking about 🤙🏼
35 year old skateboarder from nz here... your wee family popped up on my home page when I was watching skateboarding so I watched a vid and then a tonne of vids on both pages. Big inspiration to just be happy. hope you guys love life as much as we love the vids. Love the fishing chart and figuring out what fish is which and all that raw stuff.
hey great vid mate. So stoked you finally got a trout. Those fish you kept catching (including the one snagged on the coral) are called honeycomb or bird wire cod. Like all cod they have to be 38cm but few very rarely grow that size. Since the trout have tiny scales, you can fry strips in oil and it tastes aazing..There are a few campsites located on double hence the buildings. Cheers for the great content man!
Hey son, love the videos and the energy you bring to them ! They were Rock Cods that you guys were catching that you were unsure about... You can also tell that Conner is a good, young, respectable fella and i think you guys are going to get a heap of 3m flatties and make a lot of memories and content together !! Peace out brother xx
Awesome videos mate. If you get up to the Daintree river. Launch at the ramp in the village and head about 2 km downstream and the weed bed on the left is loaded with Barra. Watch out for Fat Albert the croc though.
Great work, I wreken get one of those long sleeve breathable from BCF. You can always wet it it will keep you cool out there. Maybe a hat too ay stops the sunburn.
Good catch mate that’s a coral trout the red ones with tiny blue spots are reef trout that u get at the Great Barrier Reef but the brown one (like u court) and the other red one with big blue spots are island trout the legal limit is 38cm
Hey mate you like fishing the Mulgrave its a beautiful system. Were the mouth is they called it Russell Heads n the islands are High n Russell islands good for snorkling etc. The Sand bars change every year down there cause of the big floods in the wet season. I'm not sure if you still can but there are houses n huts down to hire if ya wanna spend the weekend.
