Tis a good thing to have happy hips ! To have happy hips will change ones day for sure and your attitude. Sad hips truly will slow you down and even make you feel like your off course (literally). I love pigeon and also cow pose. Oh I wanted to tell you this is a great color that your wearing for your skin tone. I love all the colors on the set. ((( I actually even have those same curtains in my gym room))) my view is the great Mexican Sunflowers and grand ole Southern Oaks. Thank you again....
