My mom always bought these Krusteaz cookies!!! They are very good considering that they come from a mix; they were my favorite if I remember correctly. I haven't had a box-mix dessert in a very long time, since I took up baking as a serious hobby.. 😉 We always made them slightly well done, like you do with pizza!

Those look good! You should try the Jacques Torres Chocolate Chip cookie mix. Its on the pricey side, but I'm sure its probably really good. I've tried the cookie recipe so the baking mix is probably just as good.
