Let's ignore the explosion of oil on the hood. Lol. From my experience of restoring these for 40+ years......that looks like a plugged oil breather cap on the valve cover. Which will cause the oil to push out of the dip stick tube. Easy fix.

It is actually from leaving the battery tender on it, boiling the battery. No oil explosion.. lol

It looks like somebody found a car that was missing the engine a had been robbed of some parts. Putting a later model 302 with automatic isn't very hard to do and replacing parts over a long period could get you here. However there are still a few things that don't jive too well. Where is the Mustang in the Corral, and something is wrong at the back I just can't figure out yet.

The 67 has the rear deck lid that curves up around the tail lights. Its a 67 dude .
