I bought the 2 half a year ago. Now I'm going to sell it and get the new (3) with money left 😂
No I just bought an osmo 3 and will be returning it and continue to use the osmo 2 because the 3 is a piece of junk that does not work anywhere near as well as the osmo 2. It is a ripoff.

When is it shipping?
In many situations I don’t quite like technology in these days, but starting from the AD of OSMO pocket, I am pretty impressive about the ADs that DJI has made. All of the videos should be the “ images” only limited in mind, but DJI made those “images” out as the ADs we see. Everyday ad from DJI blows my mind.
This has to be the BEST promo video I've ever seen for a product! Congratulations DJI! Your marketing team just beat the likes of Apple's marketing and has become THE reference on how a product should be marketed, both through this video and the absolutely outstanding website page you put together for the OSMO Mobile. :) Definitely going to give this product a try!

@@Pixilions okay. Well I owned both for a few hours before I returned the osmo 3 for a full refund. The Osmo 2 wins. Maybe they will get it right with the Osmo 4, but I have been put off DJI products now.

I just ordered the OM3 and I was tempted to buy the OM2. I started using Active track 3 in the Ronin SC and i was delighted. I can't wait to start using it with my phone!

Love the easy landscape/portrait mode change.
Hey DJI, the active track in portrait mode, when activated by gesture, NEEDS to center your face in the upper half of the screen, not in the absolute center. Otherwise, you end up with a bunch of ceiling or sky and no feet!
Just got my osmo mobile 3 and I love it!
Ha, they made the clacking look easy. It takes a minimum of 1 second for you to get it unfolded, it’s difficult because you need to line it up directly into the socket it’s meant to go together.
Literally unboxed my osmo mobile 2 3 hours ago.
Excited to see if the iPhone shutter shake is gone. Since this entire video displays an iPhone X you would think Apple and DJI collaborated to eliminate the optics image stabilization on the iPhone camera system fighting with the DJI gimbal. Someone please rely if you’ve tested this and share your results. I bought the Osmo Mobile 2 and returned it for this specific reason

Hey DJI, cool vid! However, I am interested in the face tracking with the back camera - when I do some vlogging and want to record my face, being couple of meters away of the phone, can I activate it with some kind of a gesture? With my Osmo Mobile 2 I need to manually select my face which is technically impossible with the back camera and I need its resolution. Any input here would be appreciated, as this is the only feature I actually need...

Has the software been improved? I have the Osmo and can't use it as I cannot set the correct resolution/ frames other than 1080p/30 so useless to me. Any info on this version's software?

I think it should be noted the amount of resources DJi puts into their marketing and commercials. Even for lower priced products.
They make it look so easy to use, but in reality its so inconvenient, bought mine last year, its been sitting in the closet ever since.
Can we switch between different cameras like telephoto, normal angle in the s10?

Sort of, it does a good job of smoothing out camera motion but not as fluidly as a full camera stabiliser rig would. I think this is mostly down to pro stabilisers having a lot more mass and better damping.
