This is super helpful! I hadn't thought of using the packager for establishing a base on each planet and so I was trying to work my way through getting nanocarbon alloy another way. This is exactly what I needed!
Ps:packagers reset all properties of an item, and force any slots to drop their items. This can be very useful if you know what you are doing. For example the top of a shredder is technically a slot,so packaging the shredder when it is shredding drops the item with a purely cosmetic shrink in size.If you drag it anywhere it will get the original size and you can shred it again if the anywhere was a shredder.
Hydrazine is fairly simple to create, or you can just package a solid-fuel thruster for unlimited use. You have to go back to Sylva to verify them anyway. So I go to Desolo & Calidor, scan shells, go back and get the terrariums, then head back and collect the snails. Then back to Sylva. It's only a couple of extra trips. It comes down to a matter of preference. I'd rather not make the landing pads and make a couple of trips instead. I can gather four canisters of ammonium in about 10 minutes in the mantle, so hydrazine isn't a problem at all.
@@VaingloriousGaming p.s:using packagers makes solid fuel thrusters as efficient as hydrazine ones. however, you can throw away hydrazine canisters mostly used before they get used, because chemistry labs still see them as full
12:37 CORRECTION: There are now four items that require nanocarbon alloy; this video was uploaded before a recent update that added the fourth item.
XL Canister?
that's the one :)
Xl canister,l canister,po,and rtg?

So glad to hear it has helped!

That suffocating though. LOL
I was just about to write that. I laughed so much.. again! 😂😂👏🏻🥳
If you don't get a landing pad on the planets you will get into trouble when doing the snail missions
I gotta disagree on that. I've never used landing pads and I have never had any issues with the snails missions.
@@VaingloriousGaming how?they give you terrariums, you gotta get them on site or waste fuel
