For the 1st house hunters, the mystery house was lovely but i would choose the 1st, because of the energy efficiency, the price at 100k less, the size of the living room, and the overall look of the house. It's one i wouldn't change anything
For the 2nd house hunters, I would go for the mystery house. I would updates some parts to put my own stamp but it was the most ideal out of the properties
