As someone who bags 99 percent old ass innova. This series is sick and id be interested in sending you some old stuff. Millennium has some verry underrated molds
I’ve heard the tsunami is actually the original predator mold. But some discraft pros said it wasn’t quite stable enough. DGA grabbed it sometime after the production predators were introduced.
That seems possible. But the pred was approved two years before so I wonder if maybe they never officially approved the tsunami until DGA wanted to release it? The tsunami does say discraft tsunami on the pdga approval 🤝
I can already tell this series is going to be great. Would love to see you throw an Innova Coyote but that being said, I’m here as a student excited to learn it all!👌
The wolf was the original dx leopard. And I don’t mean it was the same disc I mean it used to be the disc you’d find out on the course every time you played😂 great idea though I bet they are basically a rollo
I have a Tsunami I picked up probably ~16 years ago. Great for forehands, still extremely overstable. Got my 3rd ace with it. No one ever talks about the Tsunami.
Dunno if this series has space for it. But i'd like to see you take an episode to compare an old mold/run that has a big following to a newer run/mold that's meant to do the same thing. The one that comes to mind right now is an old AJ destroyer vs one of the new Evelina swirled destroyers. I feel like it's cool to talk about how all the old stuff flies, but contrasting it to the new stuff might add more weight to why you really like an old run instead. Love the content as always Brod, from one MN frolfer to another
I'd love to see some of the older Innova mids. Cros, Spiders, Coyotes, heck even classic Rocs if you're able to find them. I also second the Millennium suggestions!
Chris Dickerson haf a predator or two in the bag for the past few seasons! I think hes the reason they ran the pref in Big Z recently. It was my go-to before I tried a firebird. Its a very solid OS 9 speed if you dont mind the rim feel. Mine was an old ESP that wasnt crazy beef EDIT - the cross hatching is to cover the patent number!
I have one of those early run Predators in my crate of practice discs. The more recent runs of Predator are board flat and stupid overstable, like unnecessarily overstable.
Kinda off topic but at the Des Moines Challenge tour stop DGA was showcasing their new stamps and they looked pretty sick. I shoulda got one cause I haven't seen them out yet.
Don't scoff at me unless you've actually thrown one, but the latest release of Halo Star Mambas are insanely fun hyzer flip discs that are way more stable than Innova's flight numbers, AND THEY FUK'N BOMB! With a slight hyzer release they'll flip up to flat and turn briefly and then will finish with a forward pushing stable fade. The latest Halo star Mambas are money I'm telling you. Don't laugh til you try one. I'm just tryin' to put y'all on game.
Id love to see some legacy discs thrown I think they are one of those brands that as a newer player I've just got no clue on what's up with legacy but I've heard good things (same with millennium)
I really appreciate that you don’t play courses anymore and instead throw into the same field where most disc flights look the same. Very refreshing 🙌🏼

Millennium is classic🤝
Hell yeah. Let’s see the Banshee soon
old v. New video idea: old roadrunners v. New roadrunners. They fly like different discs
Tbh I just think every roadrunner flys differently 😂 that being said some new roadys and sidewinders are soooooo stable
Some of the old school midranges. Cobra, Stingray, Cheetah. That type of disc.
I used to bag 3 different predators. I had them named Bill Cosby, Deshaun, and Rkelly
🫣🏃🏽♂️🧑🏽🦯
I was out playing the new Shelton spings holes and found a old Solid ring uninked Surge. Pure beauty.
Surge coming soon🫣

Coyote is a great idea🤝
Innova Wolf… loved it. It is probably terrible, but, it was a good one when courses were shorter.
The wolf was the original dx leopard. And I don’t mean it was the same disc I mean it used to be the disc you’d find out on the course every time you played😂 great idea though I bet they are basically a rollo
Discraft punisher is one of them forgotten gem molds.
Not retro tho the punisher came out too recently.
Innova Max is a disc I’d love to learn more about
Great idea on the series Brod!
Looking forward to the journey and insight🙌🏻
Best content creator in the disc golf world
Hands down my favorite oop mold was the OG Avenger u could find them in ANY stability such a underrated mold

This is a great idea. Fits your style of frolfin' for suuuure.
Brod, if you see a Discraft Wildcat out in the wild don’t sleep. They have Ace Run editions but they aren’t the same as the OGs.
The vulture is just a predator SS. They feel nearly the same in hand minus the predators awesome crosshatching on the inner rim.
Very true. Super similar rim. Now that you said that the vulture almost seems similar to this tsunami

As a new player, I'm enjoying learning about old-school discs 👍
Lets go. This will be fun.
Great series idea

Take a look at the Discraft Hornet. Great OOP disc!
Hornets are so good
I would love to see the innova wedge has been one of my favortite and most unique approach disc i have thrown
Review the MVP Particle, the hand feel is great. Its a shame they discontinued it
Aye man next time you're in Savannah I'll hook you up with some old DGA
Kinda off topic but at the Des Moines Challenge tour stop DGA was showcasing their new stamps and they looked pretty sick. I shoulda got one cause I haven't seen them out yet.
I returned a first run Flash to someone a couple weeks ago and he was ready to give me money and a box of discs for returning it to him
That’s awesome, old first run flashes seemed to be everywhere when I started playing🤝
Innova Scorpion. A 5-speed Eagle
I’ll keep my eyes peeled🤝
Get some old Discmania gems in there from the Innova days

I’d like to see some old latitude 64. Wonder if they had any solid frisbees from the past?
Id love to see some legacy discs thrown I think they are one of those brands that as a newer player I've just got no clue on what's up with legacy but I've heard good things (same with millennium)
Discraft XS
Classic frisbee🤝
Minor nitpick, the Tsunami you're throwing is Proline, not SP.
I timed it perfect today! 😂
Can you do a video on The Innova SL aka "Starfire Long" OR the Innova FL "Firebird Long"
How about some old discraft mrv and mrx before the buzz came out if you can find one 🤔 🎉
If you wanna do a putter video ya gotta do a Discraft Magnet, 1993 and still going.
Chris Dickerson throws the Predator
Discraft Pulse would be interesting
And or Discraft Flash
Innova panther
Prodigy M5 👀
You should make a video about the millennium aurora ms
would love to see some millennium fairways like the qjls
ABC mission midrange!
Innova Aero and XD?
I really appreciate that you don’t play courses anymore and instead throw into the same field where most disc flights look the same. Very refreshing 🙌🏼
I try my best to really be innovative in the disc golf scene. Not many do it like me tbh…..
@@broderic much needed

You know we are gonna need you to review a FLICK with the FUCK edit on it, see which one goes further
Yo! 😎🤙
Innova Dragon…
some og frisbee club discs would be sick
Spoiler, Innova has always made some seriously inconsistent plastic
Cyclone
Get some old Discmania gems in there from the Innova days
