Options carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for all investors. Certain requirements must be met to trade options through Schwab. Please read the Options Disclosure Document titled "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options" before considering any option transaction.

Thanks Michael. Great explanation bringing together growth, value and dividends. Now a script challenge for you from one on my plate. 😊 A script that draws line on the chart where at this price the yield would be X%. E.g., DPS / Desired Yield; a line at $66.67 on AFL chart where 3% yield could be obtained.

I re-ran the script and unfortunately there was a bug that needs to be corrected. I've been working on an alternative and will try to get it posted today. Thanks for for patience, ^MF

Quick question.. I want to do this with Dividend Kings and or Dividend Aristocrats. I went back to older webcasts to grab the share code for those Watchlists. But how would I know when to update these lists if a company has been added or subtracted from these Watch list. I would prefer to not rely on the coaches to provide information when I should learn to do it myself.
    Thanks!

Hello. The scripts are not guaranteed for timeliness, meaning the symbols can be removed from the list if a company no longer meets the criteria, ect. That said, you'd have to confirm them online with a different source to make any potential additions/deletions. ^ MF

MF - the PCF script showed 2023 dates. Is that correct instead of 2024? Also need to post the script to share. Thanks for the class

Cash Flows can be impacted by higher operating expenses, capital expenditures, etc. Looking at what we reviewed in class, I can see that cash flows per share went from $8.64 in 2022 to $6.00 in 2023, but the -44% may be tied into the TTM (trailing twelve months) CF's making it more current. ^MF
