Batter And Dough, Gloucester NSW - Mexican and Chunky Steak Pie - Big G Pie Review

So i hit up this great little place in Gloucester NSW. Batter & Dough is a great little place on the northern end of the main street. I had a special guest rating todays pies and we both gave them a solid 8.... I went with the Mexican and Matt went with the Chunky Steak. Looks can be very deceiving, i thought these would fall apart, but no... They held sturdy from start to finish. Not completely a one hander job but they were for the most part. Both pies had soft bottoms but super flaky tops . Would recommend this place if you are in the area. From what i understand they change the pie flavours out so you never really know what might be on offer when you get there.
The girls were very friendly and super smiley. I really o love that about small towns.... I look forward to going back there again and seeing what awesome creations they have come up with.
Whilst i didn't try any today their pastries and cakes looked amazing too.
